Speak up before she begins and tell them what look you're trying to achieve. On the weekends, it can be busier. I've always walked in but if you are having multiple areas threaded, you should discuss an appointment to avoid waiting. Without an appointment, you kinda just sit and wait and try to figure out who's next based on when someone arrived. There are males that come here and receive threading services. So if you're looking to get rid of or accentuate your unibrow, they can help with that. If you're new, ask for a punch card and bring it with you on your visits. After a few visits you can redeem for a free brow threading. Cash, credit card and contactless pay are supported here. I'm unsure if there is a restroom open to customers, I've never been there that long that I needed it. I would return here for threading services.

The search results came up with iBeauty Eyebrows. I tried to call to make an appointment, but no answer. However, a text message immediately followed. Our communication and appointment was done entirely via text and very efficiently too, I must say. She was able to fit me in the next day early in the morning which worked out perfectly for me. She texted early in the morning to confirm my appointment (around 7 am and my appointment was at 8:35 am). Just a note on location, she is located inside Sola Salons which I later discovered is a well know chain of stores that houses a variety of skincare, spa, nail, hair and other self care professionals all under one roof. She is located in suite 23. I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment and she arrived promptly. I guess I was her first client. There's a little bench outside the suite. Randip is super personable and asked me questions about what I wanted before she began her work. She took pics of my face and studied it for a few minutes before making her recommendations. She also said she would do some threading and leave some room for adjustments if needed. Loved the way she did my eyebrows! She did exactly what she said, she did some and then asked me to assess. Then, I requested a bit more and then she made adjustments. I think this may have been the first time in a very long time, that I did not have to ask to have the remaining little eyebrow hairs to be plucked under the arches. A lot of pros in the past have not threaded close enough and have chopped the hairs a little too short and they've had to pluck what they couldn't thread. Not sure if prices have gone up in the industry, due to the pandemic and other factors, but it was $20 for the service. I have been used to paying anywhere from $13-15, but that was also over a year ago and prices for just about everything has changed. Worth every penny! She aggressively places your fingers on your face and then keeps yelling at you making the client uncomfortable. She keeps saying chin up when my chin was already up. Ladies I've been getting my eyebrows threaded since the 4th grade, I know how this works. She also cut my skin on my brow area. Proceeds to tell me I waited to long to get my brows done. I waited 3 weeks... she asks why you wait a year?" When she finished she didn't even hand me a mirror. But she took a photo of my brows without permission. I went to look myself in the mirror and saw that the brows were uneven. I came back and I said hey can you fix this. And she said bc I was in pain I made her nervous. Customer don't want to hear excuses. I asked her to fix it not for an excuse. She then tells me in a rude tone to sit down. And then says if you were calm I could have done a better job. How can a client be calm with you aggressively placing their fingers on their face and then screaming "no I said chin up" when I already had it up.
