The whole staff there were such a delight as was the whole experience! Their register system even allows you to tip the groomer through your card durning check out making everything even that much easier! I had no idea where to go since I'm not from here but I found Fuzzy Tails on Yelp. I reached out via Yelp and Andrea quickly gave a response telling me to text them at their number. I did and I was able to book an appointment for a week later via text. They did ask me to provide vaccination proof as well as a $35 deposit, all of which weren't unexpected. Upon arrival, everyone was friendly. They took my pup in without a hassle. They were very quick, about 90 minutes. I've actually never been to a groomer that got my pup done in under 2 hours so I was a bit concerned that it may not be well detailed. However once I picked him up, I was super happy with everything. He looked super cute and Fuzzy Tails gave exactly what I asked for! Overall, I 110% recommended this place for dog grooming. Again since I'm out of town, I likely won't be coming back anytime soon. But if I did live in Houston, I definitely wouldn't go anywhere else!!!
