Due to a mix up on the venue's part, this order had accidentally been brought to Connie's, laundered, pressed, and folded without directive. At first, the manager Chris expected payment in full for the service, but once the situation was explained he comped the final bill. I, too, am an event planner and often need to outsource a linen service for table cloths, napkins, skirting, etc. I would wholeheartedly recommend working with Connie's in the future. It is refreshing to see industry professionals work together to take care of each other. In this situation, Connie's took care of the little guy...and as a result, has gained customers for life.
