-Editing my review today from 2 stars to 1 because I received a bizarre phone call from the owner. I answered with high hopes that the Inn was calling to apologize to me. Instead the owner acted mentally unstable and was STILL unable to communicate properly. Do NOT book this established. - I would not recommend booking here. My husband and I recently booked The Warren Falls Inn and stayed with our infant and one other adult. We originally only booked a night for our family ( 2 adults and 1 infant). The same night as our stay, we added 1 adult via our air b and b check-in. We paid an additional fee for our guest. Before we added our additional guest, my husband and I made sure to message the host to ask if she received our payment. The answer was yes, with no other details. Three days after our stay (today) I opened an email with a money request of $90 from the host, saying that we needed to pay another fee for our room usage not just our guest. This was never mentioned to us during the process of adding on our additional guest. After trying to discuss the matter with the host, since it was and is very confusing. She deiced to insult me via air b and b messenger. The Owner is not friendly and has very poor customer service skills. The house was very clean and in a very pretty location. read more

I stayed here Labor Day weekend with a group of friends. We arrived much later than anticipated due to traffic, and the owners were very accommodating, though we didn't see them again for the rest of the weekend. They weren't particularly friendly in comparison to other inns/hostels at which I've stayed, but we met past midnight, so it was understandable. The place was very clean and comfortable; the rooms were spacious and nice and the bathrooms were fine. The living room was cool, and the kitchen was a nice plus. The deck was overlooking the river, and we walked along it to get to Warren Falls which was a blast. All in all, I recommend staying here. I was skeptical when booking due to the lack of reviews, so I wanted to add my two cents. Great place for a great price if you're in the area. read more

Stayed here this past weekend. Awesome place! The bedrooms were clean, comfortable, and mine was beautifully sunny in the morning :-) plenty of bathrooms and space in general. The layout and decor of the house were cool - love love the stone fireplace and wood beam stairs. Even though we werent there for long, we did have the chance to check out the rocky creek down behind the house and I could have spent all day there! Owners were friendly and chill. The whole space had a really great vibe to it! Would totally stay again and 100% recommend. Stay here if you can! read more

Problem Owner at a decent place The Inn itself is a good place with a nice fireplace and a great dining area. It is situated above a river that leads to Warren Falls, a tremendous swimming hole that can be accessed by a nearby parking lot. Even still, the owner, Joe, is more trouble than it's worth. There are other nice places where the owner is not uptight and difficult. We asked if we could switch rooms with our friends who were coming up the following night (their room was empty that night), and Joe made it into a huge deal. Apparently, it wasn't the last of our infractions. Our friends, who organized the trip and stayed nearby with family, came over for dinner. Joe told them that they'd have to pay $275 for hanging out with us and couldn't come over for breakfast the next day! There was no conversation, just a threat. Joe made the biggest deal out of the most minor things. Our friends, by the way, run an Air BnB themselves and are incredibly courteous people who bend over backward for people. This approach did not help as Joe just got more argumentative. I don't know him or judge him generally, but someone as rigid and unaccommodating as he is should not be in the hospitality business. We won't be back. Our recommendation: Find a different place. read more

Stayed here in August. Lovely place (though close to busy road), and if you're lucky it'll serve your needs and all will be great. If you're unlucky, though, you'll get on the bad side of proprietor(s) because you left your shoes on when they shouldn't have been or laughed too loud or parked in the wrong spot or something similar. My party's offenses were different but of similar "weight," and I was quite amazed at how Joe assumed bad intentions of (I promise) well-intentioned people. Second visit, but there won't be a third. Can't recommend this place after treatment that kind of wrecked the experience. read more

Hidden Gem. Stayed here with my husband and two teenage boys for a weekend ski trip. The accommodations were great and plenty of room for all of us. Loved the common area, very relaxing, it really felt like home away from home. The place was so clean and comfortable. The owners were so nice and accommodating. Can't wait to go back.
