Nathan, young man who is a cashier is always so nice and friendly. (Not sure if he still works there) Most of the time the ladies at the deli counter are pleasant as well. Cons: a few of their woman cashiers could care less about the customer and more about their conversation. Story: I came in for a few items. When ready to check out, the lady was in the middle of a conversation with another coworker. She didn't say hello. She didn't say anything to me actually, just talking with her friend at work. I waited to see if she would say anything. She finishes ringing me out and didn't even tell me the total. I put my card in to pay, finished my transaction and she handed the receipt over. Didn't say bye, have a good day, nothing! So I spoke up. I said glad your conversation was better then greeting a customer, you have a good day too. Nice talking with you! And I said it, hopefully, loud enough for the manager to hear. It was ridiculous. Seriously.

I was trespassed from the property for offering an employee a $25/hour side hustle job that did not conflict with their Apples work schedule. I attempted to call Apples Corporate offices 4 times to speak with senior management regarding this egregious matter. Got runaround answers for a week and a half with constant promises General Manager Tammy would contact me. This Saturday morning, 3.7.2026 @ 8:16 AM, I receive a phone call from Sheffield Lake Police Department telling me to stop calling Apples Corporate Offices requesting to speak with Tammy. I was told 4 times Tammy would call me. She called SLPD instead of me. Nice move Apples...Really NICE MOVE. I am a 73 year old Handicapped male and Vietnam Veteran.
