What else can I say other than I love this place. George has been my barber for several years and he's always done an outstanding job! I highly recommend him since he's the best barber I've ever had. I've tried all the other barber shops in south beach several years ago and he's the best hands down. Don't waste your time or money at other barber shops. You get a shampoo, hot towel, and shoulder massage with your cut. Not many places do this and George is an expert at giving fades. Stop in and tell George I sent you. The decor and set up of this place is that of a gentleman's barber shop. The staff and manager are always very friendly so you'll feel right at home. read more

Mr MOTA was simply superb and had hands of a surgeon. The shop is full service except I don't think they do mani/ pedis but there is a Nail place close by. My haircut was top rate by a stylist who is TOP GUN. THANKS! read more

Great little shop! Was nervous about going to a new barber while down here but not disappointed. Love the aesthetics of the shop with all the cooks and wall art and the bar area. Sam cut my hair and he did a great job. He was friendly and attentive, making sure to follow my instructions. Great job, will definitely be back when I'm in the area. read more

One of the best shaves I have ever had in my life. Go see George if you are ready to look 100%.

The place is awesome, worth every penny. Guys were good and the atmosphere was professional and a great vibe.

We were on vacation and we're walking down the streets waiting for our laundry to get done and stumbled across this badss barber shop. Being a salon/barbershop nerd I told my husband we have to go inside and check it out, you need to get a haircut here as I like to check out salons/barbershops wherever I go. The place is decorated so beautifully props to the chick we were told designed it. It's a total man cave if a man cave was mob boss inspired, so many things to look at while you're there. The bar was such a cool touch. I asked Cagdas for whatever full experience the barbershop had to offer. What a neat little spot, husband got a fresh clean haircut and shave and hot towel. the price was completely worth it. Will be back if we're ever in the area :) thanks!! read more

After a very long week in Los Angeles, I flew to Miami and was in need of a haircut to start my weekend. As I was walking down the street, I saw this barbershop, I popped in, and immediately the vibe was filled with hospitality. I was serviced extremely quickly. And I admired the art on the walls. my barber was off the chain, filled with fire conversation my haircut came out clean, I was out of there within 30 minutes. If you're in this area, and you need a haircut for the weekend. Pop in and see my boys they will hook you up. Full of Dominican Cuban Miami vibes. read more

I was in Miami visiting my son at the University when I decided to book a beard trim and hair cut with Cagdas. First of all the shop and all the staff were fantastic! They offered me coffee and were really welcoming. Cagdas gave me the best hair cut and beard trim I have ever had. He's a true artist and true gentleman. I will definitely go back next time I'm in Miami! I fully recommend them. read more

I've been coming here for years getting my cut from George. He's always friendly and does a great job. I highly recommend asking for him when you come, you will not be disappointed! read more

My husband came here with our son for a haircut. We are from New Jersey, visiting Miami. I'm not quite sure how the bill was $65. The haircut was fine, my son has very short hair, but I feel cheated about the price. A place with rates so expensive should have a price chart or tell you in advance, the normal price at a barber shop is $25. read more

Amazing! I've been twice this month and fantastic service and skills both times. Warm and friendly team. Great ambience.

Absolute masters of their craft -- I've been coming here since day 1. It is not easy to find barbers who do beards right, but they've got them nailed here and I won't go anywhere else. read more

Cazdac (pronounced Cha-dash for those wondering like I was!) came through in the clutch. I am back and forth from the West Coast and Miami for work and needed to find a new stylist in a pinch because I wouldn't see my regular amazing one in LA for a couple weeks and things were getting unruly. I am very particular about my haircuts and admittedly picky, and was of course apprehensive about trying someone new. Cazdac was patient, friendly, welcoming and most of all gives a fantastic cut. He is relatively new to the area but you need to come to him if you're in Miami and give him a shot. You won't be disappointed. read more

I'd been to two other barbershops in Miami Beach before I found The Wanted Barber and met Cagdas, the owner. The first one, Blaze, got one star from me for giving me the most unprofessional haircut of my life, while the second one is actually good but charges $75 for a haircut, no shampoo, which is too much for me. Plus I can't stand being blasted by EDM that would make Ibiza residents blanch. One day I was walking down 5th Street in South Beach and just happened to walk by The Wanted Barber. Poking my head inside, I saw what appeared to be a bonafide barber shop with multiple men getting their hair cut and heard the low buzz of shears shearing and scissors clipping amongst the quiet chatter about the upcoming holidays (I assume). Everything about the place felt right, so I immediately asked the man at the counter (who turned out to be the owner and is now my new barber, Cagdas) what they charge for a basic haircut, and, liking what I heard, made an appointment on the spot for the next day (a Friday afternoon) with Cagdas. Friday I got there slightly after 3:30pm, and the place was PACKED. Not surprising, since most single guys I know get their hair cut every other Friday afternoon, so I saw it as a very good sign. Cagdas noticed me, whispered something to his current customer, and rushed over to offer me all manner of free beverages, which I politely declined. He then asked me to please wait five minutes, to which I said no rush and sat down on a comfortable sofa, then exactly five minutes later I was in his chair telling him what I wanted and proceeded to get that EXACT haircut, much to my barely-concealed delight. He even threaded (?) my ears to rip out all the hairs (and I do mean all of them) and plucked my eyebrows to "remove stragglers." No barber has EVER done that to me in my entire 50+ year life, and it looks great! I've gone twice now and will be going every other week for the foreseeable future. Finally, I have not just a good barber, but a GREAT barber in Miami Beach. Again, his name is Cagdas Pekgoz, and he owns The Wanted Barber (on the north side of 5th Street just west of Euclid Avenue). You'll see a working barber pole outside. Make an appointment; you won't be disappointed. read more
