However, last night, "our fun girls night out" turned serious and even reached uncomfortable at the showing of "Geezers Gone Wild" What is advertised to be a "fun and entertaining" production turned personal and political, making the entire audience sit in silence as the artists pushed their private and political views. I would not recommend this show to anyone. If I wanted to be part of a protest, I would have joined the rally taking place in downtown Portland. I paid for tickets to an event that promised to make us laugh. I must say, I was very disappointed and talking to others around me, I wasn't alone. I do, however, want to give the artists credit as they are all extremely musically talented, they just picked the wrong time to protest or push their views and thoughts on the audience. Definitely not enjoyable! If you're looking for a fun night out, skip "Geezers Gone Wild" The Portland Metro Arts facility is in a great location and offers a great venue, give it a try once this current production is done.

But somehow it manages to have some of the best theatre in Portland. Shows have minimal props and focus largely on the acting and the script. This section of Montavilla seems to be undergoing a renaissance for places to enjoy food and drinks. My plate arrived and I was all smiles as it came with what I wanted. The food was seasoned just right and the complimentary sauces are always a nice touch. Mia is always positive and energetic. Her happiness is contagious. She's a fabulous dancer. The class is a really good workout; a lot of cardio. After you jump up and down in class so much you feel you really get in your workout for the week. I have also taken an online class from Mia recently and it was great as well! I highly recommend taking Mia's class in any capacity.
