Stopped by Taqueria La Herradura today (07 Jan 2026) and it absolutely hit the spot. Ordered…read moretacos, a torta, and elote--and even after finishing the tacos and elote, I'm stuffed. Saving the torta for later because it's huge. The tacos were Pastor, Lengua, and Birria--all solid street-style tacos on double corn tortillas. The Pastor and Lengua were my favorites: well seasoned, tender, and packed with flavor. At $2.25 each, the value is excellent. The torta is loaded with lengua and massive ($10). The bread looks bakery-made or freshly baked, not store-bought, which really sets it apart. The surprise star was the elote. For $4.50, you get enough to share with 2-3 people. Perfect balance of corn, cotija, mayo, and roja salsa--so good I'll be ordering two next time. Sauces deserve a shout-out too: Verde has a legit kick of heat without being uncomfortable Roja has a subtle smoky note that's perfect if you like mild spice with depth Cash only, so grab some dinero--but you won't need much to get full. Order it to go (don't skip the elote) and enjoy. I'll definitely be back. Great food and great value...head there and give them a try...well worth it IMO.

I am so glad that I did!…read moreFirst off, they were just closing up shop for the day, and I was eagerly greeted and asked what I would like. I started off with the pork lumpia, which was paired with a housemaid, sweet Thai chili sauce that has more of a cake than usual. I usually prefer the glass bottle Mae ploy, but I'm glad I was able to try this. Their homemade sweet chili is made with a little extra Thai chili leading to a savory, sweet, and spicy flavor that is out of this world! The lumpia was crisp, hot, and perfectly made. The raspberry lemonade was equally as delightful! It was a large serving of lemonade, and what I can guess was a raspberry purée. This definitely cooled the palate and quenched my thirst on a hot sunny Saturday afternoon. Finally, the Beef bulgogi quesadilla was perfectly spiced, hot, and ready within minutes. This was paired with a side of guacamole, sour cream, and green chili salsa. I found that dipping the quesadilla in the remaining sweet chili sauce was perfect. I will not hesitate come back. I actually will be seeking this food truck out anytime that I come back to Fort sill. Next time I may take some pictures, I was just too hungry and the food was too good. PS. The pictures currently on yelp do not do the food justice.
