Vitamin Shoppe, you definitely need to do better! I made a purchase today and to my dismay when I get home to unbox the item, I see the vitamins will expire in 2 weeks! No way anyone can finish 72 pills in 2 weeks!!! I'm so disappointed, not sure I will go back after this. Certainly can't complain about this place! I was honestly surprised on my first visit at what they had to offer. I always thought a store strictly dedicated to vitamins couldn't go far. After all, you can simply get your vitamins at the drug store or grocery store these days. However, it turns out if your a gym junkie, fitness guru, body builder, marathon runner, etc. that is not always the case. Vitamin Shoppe does have more than just vitamins. In fact they have all of the vitamins you're used to finding at the grocery store and then some you may have never heard of. They've got energy and protein bars, protein powders and shake mixes, serious lunch boxes for meal prep. They even have food and spices for folks with dietary restrictions like GF for example. The most surprising thing I found here was the entire kombucha bar. You can buy a growler or bring in your own and fill it up from the tap. The prices weren't so different from what I've seen at grocers and drugstores for the same stuff. That's surprising for a specialty store. And staff was well informed and super helpful. read more

I sure wish I could remember my cashiers name. Her name starts with an I. She literally walked me to everything I asked about in the store. I have never been to this location and wasn't sure exactly what would be the best choice for me, but she explained everything and told me what she prefers. She only told me this after I asked her. She was patient with me at the register and explained the rewards program. It looks like I'll be coming back monthly, and I am looking forward to it. read more

Vitamin Shoppe in Pineville is a nice alternative to GNC, which can be pushy sometimes due to over zealous sales people. I come here quite often because they offer a wide array of vitamins, supplements for all types of activities and lifestyles. You walk in and it can be overwhelming at first but the customer service here is great. They are professional, informative and very helpful. I come here to get my meal supplements and the main reason why is because Vitamin Shoppe does price match their competitors and there always is a rewards program that you can join to earn discounts or reward dollars towards future purchases. You can browse at your leisure or get in and get out. Again, no pushy sales associates trying to sell you things you don't need. Also, there have been times that I needed a certain product and if they didn't have it in stock, they would call another store to see if they have it. Full disclosure, this is one of the better Vitamin Shoppes I've been to in the Charlotte area, I won't call out the other ones but this location will treat you right and help you achieve your nutritional goals. read more

What I love about The Vitamin Shoppe is that all the staff make you feel like family. My family and I come here at least once a week and we are always greeted by warm smiles and "Hey! How are ya?" Not only are the staff great but the deals are amazing! Make sure to sign up for the rewards club to get coupons in your mailbox! Some new things that they have now are freezers (for healthy ice cream, muffins, burritos, waffles, etc.) and a kombucha bar.
