She made it seem like she was updating my account that she found from my email, and asked me for my address 4x because the system kept asking for it. After I paid, I asked how much the products were because the total didn't add up. She said the receipt would show that I paid for membership, but the money was in my GNC account because she decided to upgrade the membership without telling me in order to do me a "favor" and "save" me money on the products I bought.
