I showed him the empty jar I had and he handed me something quite similar from his stock. What I loved most was that all their products are made organically, which is super reassuring. It starts with the owner, Mo who loves what he does and goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy and getting exactly what they want. The possibilities are endless here from your standard cold deli salads to hot heroes and steam table delicacies. They also have frozen food and a ton of drinks (see pics). Nothing about their food is ordinary though. I got to try a few items such as their awesome Greek orzo and Mexican quinoa salads, roasted brussel sprouts-- each bite was better than the next. They do catering too, which is an added plus if you're looking for healthy options for a larger audience. Happy this place is so close to us, I'll be back for sure!
