I most recently stopped in today, and as always it was a solid experience from start to finish. The store is bright, spacious, clean, and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed without wandering aimlessly. Every employee I've encountered there has been consistently pleasant and helpful. Even at checkout the employees are always so personable, greeting every customer. The produce section is always impressive - everything looks super fresh and well-stocked, with plenty of organic options. I also love to gaze at exotic fruits while shopping. During this trip I picked up some tropical cold pressed juice and WTR MLN WATER. The latter is my addiction, it's watermelon water that's cold pressed. I find it very refreshing and hydrating. I also love coming to this store for their cheese assortment and chocolate. Both have impressive selection and you can never go wrong with any choices. I also prefer this store for Amazon returns when I have them. While there's sometimes a line, I found that returns and refunds are somehow processed faster here than at other locations (such as Rocky River). Only downside: parking can be a bit of a hassle when it's busy (like during the weekend). However, there's so many parking options in the plaza that you'll always find a spot. Most of the staff has lots of experience so they know the best products. Everyone talks about how the owner Mr. Weber is very helpful. The rest of the staff is usually helpful too. A few times they seem to be too slow. They do keep and order the best items so this helps make up for that. It has a good variety of health items. Prices are okay. The service is a bit spotty but they're usually able to help you.
