I arrived around 11:30 AM, put my name on the list, and was told to come back around 12:30 PM. So yes, I waited about an hour, but everyone in the shop was SO nice and welcoming! I was the first one called for the blood test, which was $25. She takes your blood, tells you your blood type, and gives you a sheet explaining foods they recommend eating and avoiding based on their program. After that, there was about a 20-minute class where she explained their approach to blood types, personality, nutrition, and different foods. They also have alkaline mineral water ($25) and SO many different juices for things like digestion, inflammation, skin, heart, liver support & more! (6 for $25) Overall: 10/10 I had such a great experience and would definitely recommend checking them out to my friends and family! Just keep in mind that blood-type-based diet recommendations aren't strongly supported by scientific evidence, so I'd treat the nutrition guidance as general wellness information rather than medical advice.

Wish this information was communicated on their site before. I had to wait about 1.5hrs to get the test done. Once we were able to enter, you are given a blood kit. The vitamin lady completes the test and advises you of your blood type. You are given paperwork on the food that are good for you ajd the foods you should avoid. The vitamin lady then provides information on each blood type and also how your blood type plays apart of your personality. They also have waters, vitamins, creams, juices, salads, soup ajd wraps for purchase. Overall, this was very informative and I would recommend.

The stores I see it from online are newer ones and I am not comfortable with ordering from a source proven out. There are too many shady things going on... I called and the lady who answered said they do indeed have it available. I arrived 10 minutes later and they had it ready to go for me. The gentleman at the counter was also very helpful. This is not your we sell health and nutrition products on the side store. Their primary and core focus is a real deal health and nutrition. There were many products I have been recommended before from a nutritionist and homeopathic practitioners available. Many items you would struggle to find at any other place. I docked one star because their prices were on the higher side of the spectrum. I just moved from Phoenix and I could buy a 32oz bottle of 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide for about $24. The 16oz bottle at Yvonne was $22. I went looking at other items I buy normally and they were a decent amount higher priced. Yes, I am taking the covid factor into account. All in all if you need it immediately, then based on walking through the store, you will likely find it here. But if you aren't in a hurry and can find a proven reliable online source, you will likely save 20-30% that way.
