On June 17, 2019, I searched for a joint supplement online and found that the Humble store had it. I went to the store thinking that I could purchase it there. When I entered the store, I relayed to the man behind the cash registrar what I was looking for. He asked me to spell the item in which I did. He approached the store's computer to search for it. After which he stated that they did not have it. I assured him that the store's web sight indicated that it was there at the Humble store. He displayed an abrupt demeanor and again said they did not have it. I went home and looked at the store's web sight again and was reaffirmed that the item was at the Humble store. I procedure to call the store and communicated with the same person. He again looked up the item and said in a very snobbish tone, "it does say that it is here, however it is at a store in the Heights".
The man demonstrated a bias overtone and I knew the item was at the store in Humble. I proceeded to order the item online from that store. After the order went through and there was no indication that it was out of stock, I knew the man was not telling the truth. I canceled the order, because I refuse too give my business to a place that is indiscreet, imprudent and inconsiderate of its customers. Treating everyone with respect is the key to peace in this world. read more
