Today was my first time shopping at this store. Joey was very helpful with finding the right multivitamin for me. There is a young lady there (didn't catch her name) who helped me with my creatine selection. And last but absolutely not least, Thomas was the person who rang me up. He got me signed up for a rewards program and recommended that I sign up to receive text messages which saved me some money!! He was very nice and informative. We had ordered a case of slate classic chocolate shakes online for pick up, we came in and got them, and after tasting two of them realized that they had been expired for a month prior to purchase. I took them back into the store that same day and they were extremely apologetic and even refunded my money as well as giving me another box of shakes that was not expired. Had an awful experience and this place. The employee sneezed and did not cover his mouth. Arent you working at the vitamin shop and get vitamins to help boost your system? Thats why we are coming in there to purchase products. And the black guy with the braids was no help. Stood there like a zombie. Could have ordered online to get 20 percent off. Same day pick up. Love this place I always get the help I need. I must take a pic the next time I go. The only pet peeve I have is most of my products will sell out quickly. However they are always willing to put my items away for when a new shipment comes in. So they just give me a call and I come pick it up. So all in all great prices and sales weekly!
