Haven't been here in some time but used to love coming here and last night I bought a gram of…read morerosin... as you knew this is 70+ a gram and when I open it it's all melted all over cap and side.... This is extremely disappointing. Tried to get a hold of them on the phone and no answer. Unless someone can remedy this I won't be going back Updated 12/11: went in to exchange and the only one they had left was also melted and all on the side of the rosin... this is beyond disappointing. One of the most expensive places around to buy rosin and now 3 different occasions I have got an inferior product. And then being told other stores don't have any and they could exchange it for diamonds(a much lesser product) probably won't be back unfortunately hate that the quality has fallen to the wayside Also attached a photo of what rosin is supposed to look like and what they gave me

I was amazed by the lack of quality assurance and customer service provided by the owners of this…read morelocation. On April 1, I visited the store to make a purchase. It was not until April 7 that I opened the product. My vape was not compatible with the product, so I contacted the owner, who informed me there was no return policy or exchange after 48 hours. In response to the feedback, I contacted my bank. Having spoken with my bank, I called back to obtain another copy of the receipt. After speaking with the owner's husband, I was asked why I needed a receipt. An issue arose when the gentleman inquired about the purpose of the receipt. I explained what had occurred. I made a mistake during the discussion and stated that I had not used the product until April 8. After I stated different dates, he accused me of lying and I used profanity and was extremely unprofessional by saying "I'm not trying to be a dick about it" I kept a professional tone until he called me a liar. He stated he did not care that I left a review and didn't try to help find remediation. My occupation revolves around quality assurance from the consumer's perspective, and the lack of quality I encountered blew my mind. It is my intention to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission.  During this entire situation, the only thing I wanted was another copy of my receipt. Instead, I was called a liar and cursed at.

I waited for the manager who was on duty, I got the impression he wasn't the main guy, and told him I bought the item on Friday and tried to use them but they taste horrible! He immediately said we don't take things back because you don't like them. I said there's something wrong with them. I asked him to taste one that was still in the cellophane wrapper and he declined to do so. He looked at the package and said the sell by date was December, which explains why they were rancid. Then the cashier pipes up and says I had to cook them first, then the other cashier joined in the conversation, the one who couldn't talk to me and needed a manager. So now there are three young people talking at the same time to me, a 73 year old woman. I just handed the shells to them, told them to throw them away and that they should be ashamed of themselves. I shop there at least twice a week because it's only blocks from my house and I like to support local businesses. From now on, they only get my emergency business and I'll drive the extra few miles to Walmart and pay .16 cents for a lime instead of .50 cents.
