They sell a great selection of smoking products as well as a lot of local artistry work. It's very eclectic. They also have a great outside area for you to relax and enjoy. They truly understand the downtown lifestyle. So why is the customer service so outstanding? When they first opened I went in to buy cigarettes for a friend because they didn't carry my brand. They asked me what type I smoked and did not hesitate to say they would start carrying them and BOOM - they did. So last time I am in, they were out. They assure me they are going to get more. Last night I walk in and they immediately apologize because my brand is no longer available and they really tried to get them for me. They also told me I am the ONLY person that buys them. Seriously?!? That's banana's that they went so far above and beyond for someone who is not in the shop very often. They are just the coolest. I got the latest and greatest downtown Canton sticker there last night becuase their inventory just keeps getting better. It's an amazing opportunity to support downtown and SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS.
