How ever my order was messed up and instead of them correcting it they offered to give a discount on future order. That never happened! Again I place an order and it was not the graphic I selected he stated there must have been a misunderstanding but still didn't offer a resolution or to correct my order. Last month, they finally claimed to be delivering, only to drop off the map altogether. I have not been able to reach them or have heard any replies to numerous phone calls and emails for about a month now. Not only have they had poor communication, they seem to be avoiding us altogether. Terrible customer service. I would definitely not do business with them anymore.
