Until a day before Closing disclosure was out, he kept telling me that his brokerage will not charge me anything but he included his charges in closing disclosure. When i called him back for fixing this, he refused to take off these charges and dreaded me on delaying the closing date even he returned part of the money after I refused to go to the closing. This douchebag rescheduled the closing 3 times and delayed all the processing. I have to call them every time to have them reply back to the emails from my attorney, title agency and realtor .
