A friend recommended this spot to me when I was dealing with arthritic pain in my fingers and wrists. I have a lovely smelling topical cream that's been very helpful and trying some pills that help with pain. I haven't been much of a cannabis person, but I did work briefly at a toxic awful dispensary pre-legalization so I was nervous heading in because my only dispensary experience was awful. This place, couldn't have been more of a night and day experience! Its a beautiful retail space, with warm friendly staff that are helpful and seem happy what a treat! I have only been in during Covid times, so I just order online and pick up its so seamless and easy! I love that they let my pup come in with me and even took a picture for their dog wall! This place is class through and through. I am so happy to have found a great shop to support that is also Bipoc owned! I am a super fan. read more

Stupid looking store. The bigger kid with argyle and a comb over is rude, not friendly, lacking common sense (sorry there's no course in school for this one). Doesn't know his name or product. Met the owners briefly and got a snobby and arrogant vibe from them too. Like they think they know everything. One time I got there 1 min before opening up at 11?! am and that same bigger guy was there and didn't look up from his iPad picture masterpiece to tell me, "Just wait one minute. We are open in one minute" or come to the door to let me know. He just sat there and watched me try to open the front door with NO HELP. Wow. Good thing there are other dispensaries just up the way or down the way with better hours, service, deals and employees. read more

Hi..Went to this place for some great smoke and was bummed out by how "I am better than Thou" the senior worker guy's attitude was.. it was like he thought he was selling fine china but really it was just mediocre marijuana.Paid above average price for just ok pot. Had an excellent experience here. I was on vacation from L.A. but couldn't fly with my meds, so I came in here for pain relief for my neck. The owner (can't remember her name) was super friendly and more knowledgeable than any other I've spoken to at dispensaries near me. While the people in the store were friendly when we were purchasers, when we called to tell the store of the product problem (we might as well have bought capsules of vegetable oil), we were brusquely told that it must be our fault. There isn't enough I can say about this place. The best selection, the best staff, the best location. What I love about the Village Dispensary is that you walk into a beautiful open space that feels more like a coffee shop, then as you look around, you realize it's full of marijuana and thc/cbd products. With that said, the people that work there, especially the owners are really qualified to help you figure out what would be best for you, rather that is recreational, anxiety related, or completely medical. I brought my mom who was visiting me and I in for help with her chronic knee and hips pains. She had a thorough assessment and all topical and oral options were explained. It was a new experience for both of us seeking cannabis treatment for a chronic condition. We had never even been in a cannabis store prior and didn't now what to expect but she was open to seeking some relief in alternative ways. The owner, Andrea, was VERY knowledgeable and was able to introduce my 70+ yr old Mum to the store and product options and details. She shared personal testimony of seeking cannabis for treating various women's issues and her journey inspiring her to help others rely less on prescription drugs. It was a very positive experience that removed the sigma sometimes associated with Dispensaries. this review started after our initial visit and is being finished months later after my Mom had a chance to try and feel very appreciative of the recommended topical cannabis cream. She has found some consistent relief and will continue to seek out the Village Bloomery via their online ordering and shipping system.
