I'm always fond of DJ Jason Dee or David. Yes, I'm going to dance. And if you've ever wondered if you could pull a cougar, well then wonder no more. Compared to other places I've visited, some of the kitties here had more attitude. We shared room 1 with two other girls. They were slightly frightened by the orange kitty because it kept making hissing noises. The kitty also got into a cat fight with two other kitties. Cost $20 per person with reservations. This place is quite small, so they don't have room for you to hang out before your appointment. It's best to arrive on time. 50 minutes passed by quickly. I would visit again in the future.

The owner, Laurie, and the other volunteers were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and organized. We saw people of all ages (young kids, teens, and adults) having a great time. There are two playrooms filled with up to 20 kittens each. There was plenty of seats, toys, food, etc. Note to wear/brung socks when you visit! We forgot but they had the cutest socks available for purchase. We cannot recommend this cafe enough and hope all of these kittens get adopted soon!

I always look forward to going and participating as a speaker or a functionary. You can sign up to evaluate speeches, be the toastmaster, check grammar as the grammarian or even count filler words as the "ah" counter. There is always a chance to do some impromptu speaking as well! When I joined, I was teaching English one on one, so I felt I needed to brush up on public speaking skills to possibly start an English learning podcast, but joining TM actually opened new doors to me and now I'm giving English workshops to large groups of people. You register on their website with general info like name, email, and conversation starter. You show up to the event and your name tag is not filled out yet. They did have free wine and a few fruit/cheese/veggie dishes. A bar also available along with free coat check. However, what a crock! There were about 30 women and only 6 men. Only two of which were under 40. Luckily the women were really friendly and the older gentlemen were entertaining. JAMF really needs to cancel events if they know the ratio is so out of whack. Luckily you don't have to pay until you get there, but maybe they need to make people pay online to ensure they have men attending!
