After seeing the light turn on, the associate said it should hold a charge when we got back. It did not. I returned today to at least get a store credit, but the store owner does NOT do returns, exchanges, and NO STORE CREDIT. I have to say that throughout our travels, we've found the crew of Richmond Hill Smoke City to be the nicest, most welcoming and most informative bunch of employees we've encountered. She then literally started SCREAMING at me to get the FFFFF out of HER store. She came from behind the counter and threatened to beat me!!!
