Although a good start, I wanted a big rig.. we spent a night in savannah and I countered car issued, to the tune of close to 1000 dollars, luckily, we found a shop that was able to get us back on the rode. But, as we waited for the completion of the repair , I visited the vape shop a crossed the street. Little note, this was the first shop I had ever visited. Anyway. Two young me we answering all my questions... I settled on a smok spiecies vape rig, come to find out... it's very new on the market. I picked out my model and at check out, purchased, 3 bottles of juice and 3 additional coils... to be all set up.. I paid and left on our journey south to get to fla with my new toy. Since we moved in I find there are an abundance of vape shops around me new digs, 1 better then the fest.. I had tried to replace a coil and none of the 3 fit, I found the correct at vapor life, they rock. Also I spotted my model vape in the case... my jaw dropped, he quoted me less then HALF what I paid in savannah I will not be using this shop again and buyer newbie beware!!!

After seeing the light turn on, the associate said it should hold a charge when we got back. It did not. I returned today to at least get a store credit, but the store owner does NOT do returns, exchanges, and NO STORE CREDIT. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on, and I recommend you do too.

My husband and I have traveling jobs that has landed us in Richmond Hill, GA for 6 months. Our hometown is Anniston, Alabama. I have to say that throughout our travels, we've found the crew of Richmond Hill Smoke City to be the nicest, most welcoming and most informative bunch of employees we've encountered. They have become our go-to smoke shop since traveling here and we both highly recommend visiting the shop. A very special Thank You to David from Richmond Hill Smoke City. It didn't matter what he was doing, how busy he was, he would ALWAYS stop and help us with what we needed. He's just such a nice guy and we really appreciated him while shopping. However, while people were inside, the Open sign remained off and the doors were locked. As I was about to leave, the door opened reluctantly. I asked the clerk if they still open at 8 and she said that she was late because her young son was with her... she proceeded to ask me why I had such an attitude and I stated that it must be nice to make your own hours. She then literally started SCREAMING at me to get the FFFFF out of HER store. She came from behind the counter and threatened to beat me!!! Another customer came in, I tried to de-escalate but she was absolutely hysterically screaming and literally shoved me out the door. This was the most insane "Customer Service" experience I have ever encountered. Aside from her explosive and vile threats, she did this in front of her young child. Absolutely UNSTABLE and VIOLENT! I truly hope that the OWNER of this establishment sees this!!! I have been a loyal customer of this store for many years. This is such a tragic way to run a business. I will ensure that I relay this incident across various platforms.
