    Popcorn on seat

Theater is showing wear and tear, however prices were good for a weekday matinee. Bathroom was clean and well stocked, however handicapped door was missing lock on and the purse hanger was pulled off door Staff at counter were friendly and fast Theater needs to have a deep cleaning. Popcorn under chairs and on steps. We went to the first showing on Friday.

I'm actually pretty impressed with this place. I've seen four or five movies now and finally went to see one of their "flashback movies." Flashback movie you say?!? Throughout each month, this cinema shows movies long since taken from the theatre. Tonight I saw "Back to the Future" which is one of my favorite movies. Since it came out the year I was born, I've never seen it in theaters. So glad I got to see it in one. Staff is friendly, prices are normal (and sometimes better than normal) and the seating is stadium style. They also employ quite a few high school students so I get to see my students nearly every time I see a movie. The theaters are clean, smell fine, and have more than decent sound quality.

Kind of run down, seats are really nasty! This place looks good on the outside, but really needs updating!

Nice theater with many parking places, good food, and new or old movie choices. The prices are fair and the seating is clean and reasonable.

Family went to see Dune part 2 and I am not sitting in a movie for 3hrs so I opted to watch Migration, the silly animated comedy about a duck. I can go shopping after while they are still in the theater, perfect! There was a guy checking phones/tickets as you walk up to the concessions area. I'm pretty sure they do t have the ticket counter open any more, they want you to do it on your phone or they will help you at the concession counter on the end. Concessions: they had limited options. No hotdogs. They had the classic bagged chips with nacho cheese. Cheetos or Tostitos. I think they had Doritos nachos or some sort too. Soft pretzel, and two other items. They had an array of ice creams/sorbets which was nice to see and the typical candy selection which was wide. They have Pepsi products, which I know it's a different company than century which has Coke. The seats: the theater I was in was small, had four rows of seats. The theater is no inclined so you are not above the people in front of you, which I kind of prefer because I can see peoples heads and the backs of the seats in the screen. They recline but do not heat like century. However they do have two cup holders per seat so you are not sharing an armrest which is really nice. Overall not a bad option. More limited than century16.

But I can tell you that what they make is totally unique ans delicious. There is something for almost everyone. I love 2 of their chicken pizzas- Spicy Thai (with peanut sauce) and Amazing Apricot (with Cilantro). They defy definition and are in a space all their own. The place is always SWAMPED with business because all 3 of their locations are wildly popular. My most recent visit with my adult children was not exception. As such, the service always leaves something to be desired. But the wait is worth it.

From the start, everything felt welcoming. A staff member politely asked the proper questions regarding my service dog, and I immediately felt respected and comfortable. During the movie, my dog became uncomfortable due to the noise, so I stepped out to take her to my car. That's when something stressful happened, my car would not unlock, the keypad was flashing, and nothing worked. I was honestly scared and didn't know what to do. I went back inside, and despite how busy it was, Juan stepped in to help. He went above and beyond, offering solutions, coming outside with me, and staying patient and kind through the entire situation. He even managed to help me get my car open safely without any damage. This was more than customer service, this was genuine kindness. I made sure to tell a manager because people like Juan deserve recognition. Experiences like this remind you how important it is to be kind and help others. Because of this experience, I'm even happier with my Regal subscription and will definitely keep coming back. Thank you, Regal, and please recognize Juan for his outstanding service!

The seating is comfortable and offers great views from every angle , making it very easy to fully enjoy the performance . As I said earlier the show was spectacular featuring talented local residents who clearly put their hearts and souls into their seven minutes they had on stage to share their story . The atmosphere was warm, and the audience was certainly engaged from the start to finish. I highly recommend the Alaska Center for the performing arts to anyone looking for a memorable and high-quality cultural experience. But it's not even close to free anymore, if it ever was. We ended up buying a combination ticket (one of the two 30-minute shows plus the 15-minute show about th 1964 earthquake) for $11.95 each. That sounded pretty steep for 45 minutes of edutainment, but we figured that it was worth it to get some exposure to some of the Alaskan sights that we didn't get to see from our cruise excursions. But the quality of the films was mediocre. Of the two thirty-minute films, we chose the Journey to Alaska and Northern Lights Adventure double feature, but in retrospect we should have chosen Alaska Wild! since we were interested in animals. Our film played like a 15-minute infomercial for the Alaska Tourist Bureau (I swear, "Come to Alaska" was uttered at least a dozen times in various forms) followed by a 15-minute docu-mercial about/for some photographer who specializes in shooting the aurora borealis. Don't get me wrong--the footage in both films was beautiful; it's just that the narrative content was superficial and uninteresting. And kind of awkwardly commercial. I enjoyed the earthquake film better, although it is extremely dated. However, the content was interesting and I felt that they did the subject justice in the short time frame. A seismographer explained the physics of earthquakes and the geologic situation in south-central Alaska; several eyewitnesses related unique accounts of their experiences; and original footage and photography illustrated the terror and destruction of the event. The gimmick here is that the small grandstand lurches and shakes for half a minute or so during the show, to mimic the earthquake experience. It was fun, but it didn't add much, and I was kind of annoyed that the noise of the mechanism completely drowned out the film narration during that time. The earthquake-related displays that they have in the lobby help to flesh out the story of the event and are good for killing time until your show. The people are nice and they have a small snack/gift shop...but there are probably better and/or cheaper things to do with 45 minutes in Anchorage.
