The woman was pleasant and made appropriate small talk, but not so much that it slowed down her work and smiled. The entire experience was over quickly. I dropped off a FedEx package at Mail Central on Friday April 4th around 11:00 am. I purchased the…read morelabel on eBay.com. I noticed Sunday that the package had not been picked up, it didn't have any scans from FedEx. So, Monday April 7th around 9:00 am shortly after Mail Central was open, I went in to ask Troy (the store owner) why my package had not been picked up. She said I must have dropped off later than I thought, I said I know I dropped the package off around 11:00 am. Then she went on to blame FedEx for not picking it up. As the store owner she took no accountability for the package not getting shipped nor did she offer any ideas on how she would fix the error to make sure it would not happen again. I left the package with her hoping Friday was a fluke and that she would make sure my package would be picked up on Monday afternoon at their normal FedEx pick up time. Monday came and went with no FedEx scan on the tracking. So, on Tuesday April 8th I went in to Mail Central again to see what had happened. Troy was not at the store, so I talked to the employee on duty. She stated that all the FedEx packages were picked up. I said that I wanted to looked to see if my package had been picked up. It was absolutely clear that FedEx did not pick up again. I took my package, made a new label and took it to the UPS store. With Troy knowing me and my husband since 2018 when we began dropping of packages at Mail Central, I expected more customer service from her. I expressed to her the urgency I had in needing to get this package shipped, because on eBay you only have a couple of days to get it shipped. I feel like she at the very least should have called me (my phone number was on the shipping label). I feel like she has no urgency to fix what was happening with FedEx or to service her customers.
