I feel like whenever I come in, mostly for print jobs and the occasional mailer, they are always struggling because there's never enough employees to help me, employees that are there are on their phones (trying to be sneaky but it's just rude), and don't look happy to be there. I'd say management should fix this, but I couldn't tell you the last time I saw someone who could be in charge there. If you can go somewhere else, that'd be your best bet.

The order was a big one and--thanks to the UPS website being totally incompetent--it was only quoted it as a 6 hour job (it should have been a day or two). The store managed to get it done within an hour or so, despite it being a total pain in the butt, and I was pleased with the results. The manager seemed a bit exasperated with me (I get it), which was kind of a bummer. Other staff, however, were very nice. FWIW, I saw them taking plenty of returns--including Amazon--with no complaints.
