One week later and I recieved both of them back with my old broken 2DS now fixed up and working! But now the TechER 2DS is just a husk only to be used for parts. The ONLY problem I had with the experience is that the majority of my stuff on my old 2DS has been wiped, I'm sure it was nobodys fault at TechER.. BUT I didn't really mind at all considering I have everything safe and sound on my current 2DS! Pretty sure the only reason they could fix it was because I already had the part they needed to fix up my old one, which was the screen from the TechER 2DS. I'm just glad they got my childhood 2DS working and that now I have two perfectly working 2DS's.

I have no idea what the gentleman's name was working there, but he was very polite and very professional. Took a quick look at my phone said he could fix it while back for about 10 or 15 minutes, came back and it was fixed. Only cost me $11 well worth it. I would highly recommend this place for any cell phone or computer repair.

This place is ridiculous! I don't know how they even stay in business with their prices and rude…read morecustomer service. My husband had to rent a tuxedo here as part of a bridal party. It was a tan basic suit, which to top, they ordered the wrong color and then blamed the bride for it when she called to let them know. They wanted to charge her an additional $75 per suit if she wanted to reorder the cream color she originally requested because get this: THEY RENT THE TUXEDOS FROM ANOTHER BUSINESS. THEY DON'T HAVE THEIR OWN TUXEDOS TO RENT OUT. They also did not have the color ties requested and just issued tan ties without asking the bride what other color she would prefer. Had to get a phone call from the bride how they made her feel about their mistake the week of the wedding. No discount for 5 total suits rented in the wrong color btw. My husband works late hours and they are closed by the time he gets out, so they added $50 for 2 days late. We live 40 mins from Shelbyville and are a one income family. When I called to explain our situation and settle the bill, it was $285!! I spoke to the owner to try to work a payment out and she was completely rude and unsympathetic. Instead she tried to embarrass me by threatening to call and make the mother of groom pay. When I explained to her she didn't need to get her involved and that I could pay her on Friday when my husband gets paid (I spoke to her on a Wednesday), she said just to call the dry cleaners and pay with card over the phone. When I did call on Friday as promised, they said it would be a $9.99 additional fee for using a card to pay, which the owner also failed to mention. $300 for a rental?!? I have never had to pay so much for a rental tux that was worn for one day! That's a month's worth of groceries nowadays. Please save your money and go somewhere else where they appreciate your hard earned money and patrionage. Never again.
