I am known as a grumpy old man who can be hard to please! I was assisted by Denise. She could not have been more helpful! She possesses the perfect blend of professionalism and personality! I was pretty much assaulted by the manager after I complained of rude service. This guy is useless and totally out of control. Screamed " f you, f you at me all the way out the door. I feared for my life. Don't go into this store. Read the reviews here and on Google, this is not the first time he's done this. I plan to organize a boycott of this store until he's gone! read more

Poor service during my first visit in months. They had changed things around but nothing was posted regarding the changes.

Great customer service and always very fast and efficient with returns. I love this location and would recommend it.

We dropped off an envelope that was Next Day Air. More than a week later, the package has still not arrived. UPS said they never received it and that it was still at the store. The store claims they did give it to USP. The last update for the tracking number had it at the store. So, no one will take responsibility for losing my package. And personally, I felt they were very rude about it when I ask them to check anyway. They just kept insisting that they send the packages out every day and don't keep anything. I will go out of my way to use a different UPS Store next time. read more

An employee named Diane provided me with amazing service when I came in somewhat confused about how to return my old AT&T wireless equipment, which I was told I could do at no cost to me. I had what I needed, and she made it simple and quick to ship the equipment back to AT&T. I walked out with my receipts and very happy. If you need a similar service, I'd suggest you can use this store. They gave me what I needed, and I will seek them again if I need. I don't have to use the UPS store much anymore. I just moved from Arizona a couple months ago and in Shelby I have learned what the true meaning of southern hospitality. Its been amazing. My wife has gone to this UPS store a few times over the past couple months and had documents notarized for a medical issue. It has been $5 for the first page and $1 for each of the other pages. A little steep but to save the 15 minutes at the bank. But i went in this evening and needed to have 6 pages notarized. The genital man at the counter said its $30 today. Wow never heard of that. Absolutely redicuilous worth it well over the rudeness and being pushed out. read more
