writing less than positive reviews is never fun…read more i had a package rerouted to this post office after i realized the original shipping address was incorrect. i went in today to pick it up after getting notified it was ready. they were slammed which is understandable and i'll never dock a place for being busy. the customer service i received was honestly, terrible. the lady helping me was very rude and it just kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. if i have to visit a USPS location in the future, i will probably choose a different location. i sincerely hope the USPS gets the support they deserve and i know COVID gas been hard on them, but a little kindness goes a long way! happy holidays yelpers!

From the moment I called for help, she was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. Amy genuinely listened to my concerns and showed a sincere commitment to resolving the issue. Her willingness to go above and beyond made a significant difference in my experience. It's rare to encounter someone who truly cares about their customers, and Amy exemplifies this quality. Thanks to her, I feel much better and valued. She was the third staff member I've contacted, and the first to come off genuine. She gave exceptional service. I was gunna give up. He had some pictures from Israel sitting on his desk and they were crystal clear. I had put a couple of orders in to Walmart and one was canceled. So I canceled the rest of my order which I'm glad I did otherwise I would not have stumbled upon Firespring. Luckily, I was up the street from this local business and as I walked in this place, I felt comfortable immediately. I rang the bell and Sally came out and said hello. She is incredibly friendly and gave me the steps to get my picture printed as soon as possible. I emailed my pictures and within 10 minutes I was my way home. I want to wait until my frame come to show the final result but they are gorgeous. I needed some large pictures and she did it within minutes. Not to mention she did it at a better price than Walmart. I live in Bellevue, but from now on, I will drive to Council Bluffs just to have my pictures developed by Sally and Firespring. This is our local FedEx office now and we love them!…read more We host a pub quiz so we do a lot of printing of quiz sheets, visual keys, etc - and they always come through with great quality prints. They've even been calling me when my print job is done so I know I can come grab it (I live one minute away, so I do appreciate that). This location has a lot of project stations where you can get things copied, blown up, or design a poster/banner/anything at their computer station and have it printed right there. We've also done some shipments through them, and they've helped with the packaging and insurance and everything, to make sure our items got there safe and sound! I'm usually not a big fan of FedEx as a delivery service, in general, as I've had quite a few issues with deliveries I've received from them. But this FedEx as a location is the exception to the rule, as the staff is kind and helpful, the store is clean and organized, and the printed products are excellent!
