I also noticed a trend that people seem to show up by the masses and then leave all at the same time. As I left, Alex wished me a nice day and began cleaning counters. As I sit in my car and write this review, Krystal is currently cleaning the windows, because no patrons are inside. There are certain character traits of employees that you cannot train. You cannot train someone to care as if they own the business. These two individuals exemplify that X Factor. There are so many unknowns when coming to a UPS store. You have no idea how much something is going to cost or how long it is going to take to get there. What you do know, is that you've already paid for an item with your hard earned money, and now you're adding to that cost to get it to where it needs to be. Having individuals review all the options with you patiently allows you to make a good decision and feel comfortable. Your item is in good hands and will arrive timely to the destination. They've even been calling me when my print job is done so I know I can come grab it (I live one minute away, so I do appreciate that). This location has a lot of project stations where you can get things copied, blown up, or design a poster/banner/anything at their computer station and have it printed right there. We've also done some shipments through them, and they've helped with the packaging and insurance and everything, to make sure our items got there safe and sound! I'm usually not a big fan of FedEx as a delivery service, in general, as I've had quite a few issues with deliveries I've received from them. But this FedEx as a location is the exception to the rule, as the staff is kind and helpful, the store is clean and organized, and the printed products are excellent!

Woo! We've visited a few times now, and the staff is very nice and super helpful. The store itself is super clean and well organized. They sell shipping supplies, have an industrial printer, and offer a workstation/computer for projects. Basically everything you'd need for any print job or package sending. I also found out they have private mailboxes, shredding, engraving, and Notary services - which I didn't know they offered any of those items!
