Thus this becomes a source of frustration since you can not add your actual mailbox number into your address online to order from amazon etc. i talked with the manager about how to cancel my mailbox to find out how much notice they needed and she told me i could cancel anytime. When I showed ip on the third day of the month to retrieve my mail they actually had a withhold mail card with my mail refusing to give me my mail until i paid for another three months since three months is their minimum payment even after you have had your mailbox for three months to a year or more, their rule is still that you have to pay a full three months, even when you are canceling your mailbox. Also they will not take a payment from a bank debit card over the phone, only from a credit card thus if you are traveling and need to call in a payment you must have an actual credit card and not a debit card.

In my experience Printwell doesn't deserve even a 1-star rating…read more I placed an online order for a printer cartridge on March 29, 2026. On April 1, I received an email stating that a refund had been issued because the cartridge is no longer manufactured. This means the company is listing and selling products that are not actually available. After a few days without receiving the refund, I contacted customer service. Mike Shudlik informed me by email that the refund had been processed on March 30. However, no money had been received. I called again on April 7 (after the Easter holidays), and was told that the refund had been issued on April 5. This was not true again, as I still haven't received my refund. When I attempted to follow up further, my calls to customer service were disconnected twice, which only added to the frustration. The issue involved a refund of $14.36 only , and it was ultimately resolved only after PayPal processed the refund--not through the company's direct efforts. Overall, this experience reflects it's better to keep away from Printwell scammers.
