UPS use to was a reliable service but, these days, forget it. All packages around here are going to the wrong address fluently even with addresses and names on mailboxes are written in clear easy to see view as well. I would hire people who can at least read the numbers if I was them. read more

Rude manager lady could not scan the bar code from my photo and asked if i had another photo I told her no but I would read the numbers to her to type. She said it does not work like that, which was a lie. She did type them in and it of course worked. Also I did not think it was appropriate to BS with her friends at the counter when customers are lined out the door. read more

Best to toss your UPS stuff in a UPS box rather than going in to this establishment. I called on the weekend to find out if the package was going to be there or with the driver...4 times...starting with the time they opened up. Each and every time I called it was routed to voicemail. NO ONE I REPEAT, NO ONE CALLED ME BACK TO DISCUSS MY PACKAGE AND I LEFT MY NUMBER EACH AND EVERY TIME I CALLED. It would have taken less than a minute to say YES or NO. I know they may have been busy, but a quick phone call enroute to lunch or a break..but they didn't have the courtesy and respect to return the phone call until LATE MONDAY afternoon. By THAT time, it was way too late. That's what this town needs is another store run by INCOMPETENT/UNPROFESSIONAL people. read more

This may be the best UPS I have ever visited. Patty and crew was awesome. I have never seen a group work together like this before in a UPS store. My wife went into the store to return a product from Amazon. She did exactly as Amazon instructed. The cleck proceeds to make fun of my wife in front of about ten folks in line behind her. The cleck then calls over another cleck and they laugh at her. Very unprofessional behavior. Then, they told her that she couldn't send the product back. read more

My 16 year old daughter took a package in for return and Patty was extremely rude to her. She told her to read the box stating she had the wrong box. -Patty also told her she would have to purchase another box and the company told her to return in the same box. She bought the box for $4.32 ridiculous .Patty doesn't need to be in customer service. I have always visited the store and had a pleasant experience with other people. In the future I will go to USPS. read more

Went here to get finger printed for a job. I had no idea they even did things like this. This store is really multifunctional and has tons of different services. They have mail box rentals, shipping, finger printing, pasports, etc. The store had a few customers in it and I was told to sit and someone would be with me. After a few mins I was called, she verified my info, did the prints and I was done. In and out in less then 15 mins. The shopping center it is in next to Kmart is really run down and they are in the back corner. read more

I went in to this UPS store today to get a document notarized. The employee at the counter abruptly told me she charges "ten bucks" for a notary stamp. I told her that was no problem. She took my document, 2 pages, and again, abruptly said, "where's the rest of the document"? I told her that these are the signature pages and I just needed my signature notarized. She then informed me that it is the owners "policy" to not notarize anything without the entire document. The entire document is almost 60 pages. As a former Notary, I know that notarizing something is simply verifying the identity of the signer and witnessing them physically sign the document in front of them. It is not the Notary's job to determine the validity or purpose of the document. The document in my case contains personal and financial information and I am not comfortable presenting that document to a complete stranger. I gathered my unsigned documents from the employee, drove 5 minutes to another Notary, and got the documents notarized with no issues for the same $10. This store owner's "policy" not only cost them $10 today, but any future business from me, my family and friends. read more

So I sent a necklace and it was made of glass. The rude kid at the counter kept making remarks about it being drugs. He had a smug smile on his face the entire time and even when I told him he could open it he just laughed and kept calling the item I was shipping "wax" and other types of drugs. These people are RUDE! Said they had to charge a dollar to print a label, and another dollar to tape it on for me.

I took in a package that needed to be shipped. Was already boxed up and ready to go. They charged me a dollar to put my own label on it. I know it's only a dollar, but that is pretty petty. I won't be going back. read more
