Literally the best UPS experience of my life thanks to Sandy. Had a very close relative pass away, we had 8 tubs of collected stuff we had to ship to family out of state, everything was in a state of chaos. Sandy helped us set up boxes, packing, advised on how to load everything, and literally worked with us over the course of an hour as we packed stuff from the tubs to shipping boxes. I sent my granddaughter into the UPS store in Jasper Georgia to send a package that was pre-labeled. When she went in and went to put it on the counter, the lady behind the counter was extremely rude to her and yelled at her. It's not your turn, go to the back of the line. Others in line said to my granddaughter I'm so sorry that she treated you like that. She came back out to the car in tears because she felt like that she had done something wrong. This is not what I call customer service that I'm used to from UPS . read more

Great staff! While conducting business I accidentally got a nasty scratch (my fault) and the lady behind the counter immediately went to a drawer and promptly supplied anti-bacterial cream and a band-aid. Real people that value their customers. read more

Closing time on Friday is 6:30pm. Employee decided to shut down computers at 6pm. Refusing to print out receipt suggesting just leave package and follow it myself using tracking number????? Is this customer service???? I think not. read more

I arrived at The UPS store in jasper ga 30143...at exactly 6:23. 3 websites including the store site Shows they do not close until 6:30 Today is Tuesday.... There for the store should be OPEN. I rushed to get here before 6:30 Just to see a closed store......I walked up to the window to see posted store hrs. The sign on the door states they close at 6:15!!!!!! The hours need to be updated on every site they are advertised on OR AT LEAST stay open those 15 more minuets, to be correct with every website...... 15 min no business closes on an odd time?!?!!? Either 6. Or. 6:30pm.....hope this gets fixed read more

Never got a call so I called back.....and called and called, leaving messages every time (4 times) for Robin and never got a return call. Finally, 2 weeks later someone answered the phone and when I got Robin she was rude and all she had to say after all that time was "my dress was there" (which after questioning her was supposed to tell me that it was finished). It had already been there and no one had the courtesy to let me know despite all my calls. In addition, I asked her about the fee and she didn't even remember that she was supposed to check on that for me. Final price was more than I was quoted. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN.

They had trouble fixing that bad valve, but they didn't give up. They stayed until the job was done, which took several hours due to leaks in the underground pipes. At any point they could've given up and left me with an underground leak, but they took pride in their work. They did not try to charge me extra beyond what they initially quoted. When I had problems with low water pressure afterwards, they came back out and checked the main water supply. The quickly solved the problem, again, without an extra charge. These are good men of integrity, and I recommend them!
