I used UPS Store #2731 to send an overnight letter, and paid for next-day delivery with an expected arrival time the next morning. The tracking initially showed the package as delivered prior to the agreed upon time, but I later learned it was delivered to the wrong address across the street and not to the correct recipient at that time. I contacted this store and UPS customer service multiple times that same day to try to resolve the issue. After several attempts, I was told the letter was eventually delivered to the correct address later that afternoon. I also tried to follow up with the store over the next several days and was unable to get the issue resolved directly. I'm sharing this experience so other customers know to document everything carefully and ensure you get the names of every representative you speak with, if a delivery guarantee is important to you. A UPS Proof of delivery doesn't help you if the driver leaves the package at the wrong location. The address that I provided was indeed the correct address. I spoke with the individual the package was being sent to and was informed the package wasn't delivered. I made my first initial call to the UPS store #2731 at 11:44am on 4/7/26 to inquire about where the package was. UPS store #2731, informed me the package was indeed delivered and emailed me a detailed tracking. I then contacted the UPS customer service support center, in which I was informed the driver left the package at the wrong address, but the driver will retrieve the package and deliver it by the end of the day. I spoke with UPS customer service support and UPS in Winter Park, FL throughout the day on 4/7/26 trying to get the latest status of the package. Later that day at 6:56 pm the UPS in Winter Park, FL called to inform me the package was delivered at 4:30pm to the correct address. The dispute with the bank was submitted 6 days later on 4/13/26 after several attempts to reach store #2731 with no resolution. read more

This is the worst ups I have ever been to. Don't take your own box there cause they want ship it you have to buy there's. Then don't go and you need a prepaid label printed off it going to run you $5.45 just to get it printed. They don't adhere to any of the ups standards cause there a franchise store. I thought you still have to offer the same as if you are a company store. At the end of the day you are representing UPS. read more

UPS SUCKS. And the call line won't connect you with a representative. The robot doesn't understand you when you say your tracking number, and won't connect you with a representative without the correct tracking number. I have read the tracking number to the robot like 20 times but it keeps saying sorry I didn't quite get that. With all the technology these days you should at least be able to update the software of the robot to understand more people. This is ridiculous. If you call a store and talk to someone they can't help you unless it's the store that created the label. Ridiculous. And then most stores don't even answer the phone. I will never use UPS by choice. Dumb company, Dumb Robotic software, Dumb people. I would give them a -3 stars if I could. read more

Was very disappointed with the customer service. I had unfortunately been serviced by a lady name Whitney and she was the rudest person I've ever encountered. It's very sad that whoever put her in the front is okay with her attitude. I am not too familiar with shipping costs and when the amount came up of $144 I asked if there is any other options and she ripped up the receipt and said that she now has to redo the entire transaction. I embarrassingly apologized and said if there was just a cheaper option and sarcastically she responded with of course there is but you asked for next day so that's what I gave you. After that point I told her politely I would wait another day to come back once I was sure what I wanted to do. Another worker asked what had happened and with an attitude she replied "Ill tell you later". I think that is very unprofessional and really hope all customers don't get treated this way. read more

01/15/2022 I'd give a Zero if I could. "They called the Police and stated Theft of their items." I visited the store to send off 2 checks. Since the line was long, I grab a couple of envelopes to expedite the process of check out once at register. After waiting in line for 15 minutes (2 people ahead of me), I was informed by the Agent "We don't ship to P.O. Boxes." I asked if they didn't why is was not posted?. The Agent got really condescending in front of the other customers and told me I'd have to pay for the envelopes. I "said why? I don't need the envelopes, you haven't provided a service. I left the two $2.00 envelopes on the counter. The agent said "I'm not going to argue with you, you have to pay for the envelopes. I asked to speak to a manager. Agent said "Why, they're going to tell you the same thing". I then ask her to show me their policy having to pay for envelopes you've written on whether they provide shipping service or not. I waited for 15 minutes while they called customer after customer. They obviously were not trying to assist me at that point. I walked out as I had another errand in the plaza. I went to a store (in the plaza) and notice a "Police Car" at the UPS Store. I went back to the store to speak to the Officer. He explained to me they (the Agents at the Store) were filing "Criminal Trespass" Charges and "theft of their property". I explained to the Officer "I hadn't stolen anything." I left the envelopes on the counter "with my name and address" so their manager (whom they said they were calling) could contact me. The Officer was understanding and asked If I would pay for the envelopes and not come back to their store (at the owners request). I explained I was in the Medical field and would never treat a patient the way those 2 Agents treated me in front of other customers. I paid the $4.00 and told them they would never have to worry about me coming to that Store ever again. I'm going to let as many people know as possible to "steer clear of that place." They acted as if just because I am a person of color (African American) they could treat me any way they want and talk to me any way they felt. If I could I would of have this place a negative 2. They charge you for things that are unnecessary. I had a label to ship something off with USPS and the person who bought the product paid for the shipping and all things included. The UPS store instead of telling me to take it to USPS, they proceeded to charge me for the shipping materials. Then they made excuses about it after I told them about it. I used this store to send a package containing important papers for a real estate closing. I told the clerk it needed to arrive within 3 days. She suggested 2 day air would definitely get it there. It did not . The closing was delayed. Here's the worst part - When i gave this feedback to the store, they were unconcerned and ignored me. They refused to give me any refund for $43 i paid them, not even a partial refund. However, their delay cost me more then $43. The owners would not return my phone calls, or communicate with me. After 3 weeks, i took my complaint to the national UPS headquarters, and then it was still another week, till i heard from the owner thru a 2 line email. Don't use this store, There are better places that deserve our business and our loyalty. read more

I use them all the time when I need to return an Amazon package which you don't need a box or shipping label for, just the we code . They are quick and nice and I've never went in with any lines ! Only down side is they do charge $5 to print off a shipping label:( read more

The ladies at this location were great, and very helpful in assisting me with reproducing the one business card I happened to have on me, with very little wait and without charging me an arm and a leg! If I could give half a star, I would. I am beyond irate. Don't try and return Amazon packages here, especially if one end of the package is open. And definitely don't try and return registry gifts either. My wife and I bought umbrellas for a rainy wedding day and the package arrived torn up on one end. Turns out it didn't rain so I went to return the umbrellas and was charged $2.50 for a single piece of tape. The umbrellas were half destroyed from the UPS driver in the first place! But I got charged for their "package handling". We didn't even open them. Secondly, I brought back an item bought off of our registry with the QR code for returning it. I was told... get ready for this... that I, THE GIFTED, need to contact the GIFTER and have him press the return button on his end so I can return the gift and the gifter gets the money back.... Okay.. let's call Amazon. Go figure, the lady at UPS was abhorrently wrong! Amazon emails me a shipping label they would accept... AND GET READY AGAIN!! UPS charges me $8 for a box to return it!! I asked if that was including the tape and lucky me, it did! I felt like river dancing with excitement that tape was included! At $2.50 a piece, imagine how much worse that could have been! But on a serious note: I was charged $10 in total for returns. This UPS store is full of swindlers that don't know how to do their job. Oh, and Amazon already refunded us for the UPS store's lamentable incompetence. 5 stars Amazon, .5 stars UPS. read more

I usually don't take the time out to write reviews but I had to do so with this place. This place has not only met my expectations but they've exceeded them. I was literally bragging to a friend today about how amazing this place makes me and my wife feel. It's almost like a VIP feeling every time we walk through the door. Today I had the fantastic experience of parking in front of UPS and as I walked through the door the employees had already pulled the mail out of my PO Box and grabbed my packages for me. The fact that they remember not only who me and my wife are but what we drive just goes to show the amazing attention to detail they have. I thought the manager was joking and so I smiled and laughed, she came back with a dirty look and snide " nothing is free". My review happens to be of a personal nature! I needed to fax an important item, again I state of a personal nature the first time. I paid the money no big deal the second time I also paid the money only this time the girl faxing the paperwork was reading it as she waited for the confirmation. At this point I ask this just to be understood, if the information faxed was confidential? No one said a word yet the one accepting my money was smiling and amused at my question!
