I give two stars just because they were nice and worked me in quickly. However the product we received is sadly terrible. We had some postcards printed. We gave them a professionally made design. All they had to do was print it front and back. They squished and stretched the design to the point of distortion. Now we are stuck with 500 terrible cards :(. They are nice though. read more

I wish I could give a negative number or a zero. I stopped in on a Friday and told the lady that I needed some paperwork to get 4 hours away by Monday. She sold me a service that wasn't guaranteed and it normally took 5-10 business days, which I didn't know since I don't work there. I also asked her to notate on the label that the main entrance was being repaired, and that an alternate entrance was being used. Also, to put the phone number of the recipient on the label. She neglected to tell me that none of that would be on the label, and they wouldn't be able to use their phone to call for further instructions. The package is 8 days out and still not delivered. She could have sent me away to Fedex or somewhere that could give me the service I was requesting. So, I called UPS, and they told me to go to the store and request a refund. So, a "lady" came out of the back, and kept calling me "baby", instead of ma'am, Ms, or by my name. She said "ain't no UPS driver fixing to use their phone to deliver a package, and that they don't do refunds. Talk about not caring about your customers or taking pride in your job. She yelled at me the whole time. She blamed the weather, which was not an issue, because I reprinted the papers and drove them there myself. I asked why the first l sold me a five to ten day ground service instead of overnight, and she said "she did you a favor because it would have cost you $100." Since I had to take off work, reprint and notarize the papers, and drive them myself, I would have gladly paid the $100. She yelled at me the whole time from the moment she started speaking with me. I work in guest services myself, and this is ALL completely unprofessional. I didn't come in there at any of them yelling and screaming. I came in explaining what happened. She escalated the situation immediately with her attitude and raised voice. read more

Don't trade here. This is an absurd UPS operation bordering on being "robber barons." I was charged $5 simply for the privilege of picking up my package . When I questioned this insult, I was met with two bizarre comments. 1. You (moi) should have called before I instructed the shipper to have my box delivered to this UPS store. Other stores don't charge this add on tax. 2. I should be pleased that i wasn't charged $10 because it was a big box and they charge $10 for receiving large boxes. The final absurdity was the statement that I should have had the package delivered to my home in the first place. My head is still spinning. NEVER again. read more

The UPS store that provides service to my area (store 2758) is wonderful to work with. The staff is professional and helpful. They are patient with everyone that comes in.....no matter how challenging the client is. I highly recommend using The UPS store in Hattiesburg for all your packaging/mailing needs. read more

Don't use this store!! They will open your package and take what they want out of it and then tape it back up. When you ask the owner to see camera footage he will avoid you for days and then say the footage has been recorded over. Don't bother paying for insurace at this store because the owner does not honor it. He takes the side of the person who was not honest and stole from his customer. I'm in the process of pressing charges because the owner is not willing to right the wrong in his store. If the sales person is named Tiffany walk out because she will steal what you're trying to send. I have been told by other customers this has happened before at this location. Go to Fedex! I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS UPS STORE! read more

I stopped into this store to ship a package. There was one other customer in the store when I was there. I waited.....I never was acknowledged, never made eye contact with, nothing! I left without mailing the package. Additionally, the store smelled like mold or something. I went to the FedEx store instead, and was greeted and helped the moment I entered the store. This store lost my business that day, you have lost of room for improvement. read more

The store hours are posted on the Web and at the front door stating they open at 8 am. They are never open at 8 and have no problem leaving customers to wonder when they will show up to open for business! read more

Only gave 1 star because a zero wasn't available! Just shipped a set of headphones in an 8x8 box and paid over $18. Not very friendly and when I asked about the price of the box, was told that they were under new ownership and that they were a retail store! ... the box was $8 of the price! Will not use them again. read more

If I could leave no stars I would. I live in the apartment across the street from USM and missed my furniture delivery 1st attempt because I was in class. So the next day I had to sacrifice not going to the library to stay at my apartment from 11am-7Pm. No one ever came, no 2nd notice slip on the door either. Day 3, I was in class and then came back to my door at 11AM and saw a note that said final attempt and package will be sent back to shipper. I called and was told i could pick it up at the store before 10PM when my husband got off. He arrived at 9pm and they said it was already shipped back to Illnois. I hate UPS and will never deal with them again if I don't have to. I'm usually understanding but they should set up a service where the person waiting for the package gets a call beforehand. read more
