Since I did not purchase the $80 protection plan they refused to do what was right by the customer and accept an exchange, even after I offered to buy the old protection plan and a plan on the new one. I once worked for Staples and know that they can accept exchanges like this. Completely unfriendly service and disrespectful communication. There are so many better options for supplies in the area. I was looking for an adapter for my light stand that's NOT brand-specific, but the guy behind the counter pretty much showed the most lack of enthusiasm to help me out by shutting down my store visit with, "I'm not familiar with this brand. Sorry." Uhhh ok. Are people raving about the same "knowledgeable" person or does someone else work here? Is this a camera equipment store or not? Looks like I'm sticking to B&H, Samy's and Adorama, my tried and true shops. Joe and Katie were very respectful, professional, easy to talk with and knowledgeable. I have high standards in regards to manual labor and customer service. Honestly, I must confess they did a very good job. Matt and James arrived on time, both very good with my pets, performed the tasks to be done, demonstrated proper functioning to me after finishing and left the working areas clean. When you make an investment of this type (E.V.), you want to make sure your vehicle is protected against malfunctions. I do not trust Tesla products with such specifications to anybody, this is why I have chosen Amp Electric West Michigan, they know what they are doing. I am very satisfied with the service provided, pricing and overall experience. I do recommend them to other customers in the Western Michigan Region. Thanks Amp Electric West Michigan

Some of the services they offer are passport photos, shipping via UPS, Fed Ex, and the other major carrier that is 3 letters long and starts with a D (I have a terrible memory and that's the only reason I'm not listing that company's name). They also rent mail boxes. Need a bag of packing peanuts they'll get you fixed up. Need to send money via Western Union yep, they can do that too. Need to fax something, yep another thing they can do. Price wise I suspect they may be a little higher than some places, but for a small company I think they do good at not over inflating their pricing. I've always received friendly service so that's a very good thing they've got going for them. Stop in and see them if you need one of their services (which I'm sure there are several I've not mentioned) and I'm sure you'll be as happy with them as I am.
