Went to send an international letter with a link from my UPS account and their system was unable to read the link. When I told them I could print the label from my account they told me I would have to pay $2.65 for the printing. When I pointed out that they were asking me to pay to correct a problem in their system, they said "well, if you want the label, you have to pay $2.65." I left. I hate service businesses that don't train their employees to think about customer service. BTW, I went to the UPS store on Apple Ave in Muskegon, where the same problem occurred (apparently, the UPS system can't handle this process for international shipments) but the people there were familiar with it and asked me to print the label from my phone. When I asked if they were going to charge me, they said "Of course not". See, training, customer service, happy customer. read more

I had to ditch the dish( direct tv) they had me bring all the equipment to an ups ship store. They checked all equipment in. They issued a receipt and sent me on my way. Fast, friendly, and easy. They packed it and shipped it for me free of charge. They couldn't of been nicer. read more

Honestly, don't mind coming here!! As much as my husband and myself shop online this UPS location is visited at least 2-3 times per week! Everyone is ALWAYS friendly, quick, helpful and efficient! I literally avoid going to the post office whenever I can but, am happy to come here. I wish the parking was a little more convenient during the busy months but even that doesn't keep us away!! read more

So, I had to visit the UPS store this week to mail something out, and I had the nicest experience there. I was very leary of going there after my husband had had such poor customer service a few months ago, but the lady helping me couldn't have been any nicer. It turned out that they couldn't ship my package because they can't access recipients' account numbers, but she was very accommodating and felt horrible that they had to send me to another UPS location in Muskegon. It was completely not her fault, but she was very apologetic about not having the service I needed. I'm glad I gave it another change and will go there again for any other UPS services. Maybe they've changed their tune or are working on customer service? If so, it shows! read more
