UPS are, somehow, unable to deliver packages to my apartment but their website won't let me make an account to reroute to the pickup location. Now when I order things online and they come from UPS I have to prop the door to the apartment open with an effing ROCK. I can't believe such an incompetent service is in charge of handling packages. I have tried over and over to get the problem fixed by talking to people and the answer is always the same "just use the website." When I try to make an account it WILL NOT WORK. UPS is a sham. read more

Had to ship some fishing rods to my uncle in Missouri, had no idea how to do it. They helped me find a box and packed it so they wouldn't break. Guy attached my email address so I got a notification when it got delivered. Saved me time and I didn't have to pack anything so that worked. read more

I sold a ceramic item online. I was not sure how to package it, so I took it here. They packaged it for me, but when it arrived it was broken. Turns out the UPS kid only wrapped it in plain brown paper before tossing it in a cardboard box. Plain brown paper to wrap a ceramic item! Honestly! A little common sense here please! read more

Stopped in here to ship something back that I ordered on amazon. The cashier was super nice & quick. Walked right in and right out. Much better than running out to the airport to ship if you need to use UPS. read more

Extremely poor customer service. Blames UPS for its own ineptitude and does not assist in helping the customer resolve the problem; passes the buck instead. This is the worst UPS store in Grand Forks, oftentimes lines out the door with inexperienced cashiers having to call for help. Get it together! read more

Rude phone service. She literally hung up on me. Only tries to deliver once then I HAVE TO GO PICK IT UP WITH A CAR. Drivers should contact, via phone, to notify the customer that he is there with the package. UPS SUCKS!!! read more

The people here are always friendly and smiling and are happy to have customers. They are fast and efficient.

The staff seem very confused about what their job is and how to do it. I used the notary, but she also seemed confused about what I needed done. Still, everything got done right. But the stuff that their windows advertise, like USPS flat-rate shipping containers, they don't have, and until asked, the staff didn't even realize they were advertising that they had it. read more

Packages are never ready to be picked up by the time they state on the slip. The staff is rude, one kid took off his name tag and asked me if this was what I was looking for before walking to the back laughing. I will never pick up my packages here again, nor do I recommend them to anyone! read more

Stopped by to get a box for shipping a small to medium sized electronic device. Without asking the price for the box I told the clerk I will buy it. After all it is a 20"/20" or (very close as they didn't have a smaller one that would work). She charged me $9.50 for the box. The same box is being sold for $1.50 at home improvement stores and about $3.50 at USPS. Never again. These guys rip people off. They also tried to sell me packing. Are you kidding me? To put an item the size of a CD player in the box costs $25. Yes that is without the box and the other overpriced packing stuff. And yes, they are nice as they are taking advantage of people. read more
