Woman that is the 'boss' is rather unpleasant and not overly professional. I was told to come back in an hour to get something notarized it was 5:32 and she said she doesn't notarize anything after 5:30 unlikely to visit this store again read more

Went in to ship an optic. The guy that "helped" me boxed it up and packed it, then said he had to "call his manager to see if he can accept it." Manager apparently refused to accept the optic, and directed me to the will-call dock in Hartselle. Then they charged me $7 for the box and packing. Took my packed box to FedEx and shipped with no problems. 100% will not give my business to this location again. I recommend visiting Mailer's Unlimited and shipping via FedEx. Much much better than the Cullman UPS Store. read more

I've never had an issue with the staff here, they've always been friendly, helpful and quick. The only negative thing I have to say is that it's very expensive to ship through UPS, I'd say at least 50%-60% higher than shipping through USPS. I DO love the ease of doing Amazon returns with them, it takes such a load off not having to worry about printing labels etc. read more

We shipped a 15 lb box from here about a week ago, to California. Shipping cost alone (separate from the packing cost) was a shocking $60.00 for standard ground service. I questioned it at the time, the response to which was little more than a shrug. By the way, the store's service was otherwise quite good. When I had a chance, I checked the cost had I arranged the shipment through my UPS account (which this store has told me in the past they cannot bill charges to). My account gets a small discount but nothing like this: the cost for the same size and weight box, and ground service would have been no more than $20.00. Either UPS is taking advantage of their UPS Store franchisees, or the store owners are marking up the shipping by a huge margin. Either way, we'll not be using them for shipping in the future. There is a Fed Ex shipping counter right across the street. Or I will print my own shipping label and drop the box off for pickup. read more

Judy really worked with me to get what I wanted. It wasn't exactly the same as my original idea, but that is because they use the letter press. I love what they made even more than my idea and I don't think a printer or copier would have made such pretty, dark, precise lettering. She also has color options and I found one that matched my invitation perfectly. They did my invitation, return addresses on the outer envelope, the sending address on the RSVP envelope, and the information card. I was not upset by the price at all, very reasonable. Judy was super nice, especially considering I was on wits end with these invites. They had my order ready in just four days, which in my opinion is amazing. She was always helpful as I called and emailed her, which really made it feel like she takes the time to put care into every order. I recommend Frost Printing 100%.
