I just went to drop off a package that already had postage paid and labeled. There is a young guy there behind the counter (who decided to come to work dressed unprofessionally wearing a du-rag, hoodie, and basketball shorts) who treated me very poorly. the store is consistently good, not great. there's a rotation of representatives at any given time…read more their knowledge and customer service is as varied as items brought in for shipping. i once had to have a document notarized. it took three visits to catch the notary in the store. when i did and was able to take advantage of the service, the clerk seemed a bit disappointed that i needed her assistance. the cost of notarization seemed reasonable. all in all, it's a handy location that i use regularly. and i'm just glad they have people that will show up and work.
