I have used them twice for printing posters and was pleased with their professionalism and staff. Most recently, I was in a real bind for some poster printing. One of their competitors had given me the run around, and at the last minute they told me they were unable to print my poster without modification. Then, when I offered to correct the problem, the competitor refused to deliver the poster as promised unless I paid an additional "rush fee." I declined and took my business to Prographics instead.
