I contacted this store and Tim could NOT have been more helpful. He really made a stressful event so much easier and was so responsive to every question I had and just so friendly! Long lines, only 1 employee, dirty store, smells like curry, clutter everywhere, $10 per signature for notary even for customers. Not to mention the tight parking, so others will ding your car while you are in line. These stores are all independently owned - so other stores may value customer satisfaction over the greed and poor service at this one. read more

I have been inside this store so many times, I can barely remember them all. Not out of brand/brand loyalty; more out of convenience because I do not have a car. My own personal tragedy of "losing all of my documents and personal property in one swift kick" is big business for this UPS. I needed a notary like, 2 or 3 times, so I went inside here for notary service, until my dad recommended Iberia Bank for free notory service, down Del Prado. I have gone inside this UPS many times for fax service and computer printing, still to this day. One day, I was feeling adventurous, trying to print and spend counterfeit money : D I actually bought a banana at Starbucks with a fake twenty : D I tried printing counterfeit money at this UPS on that particular day, and I hit a built in security feature on the color copy machine, which printed out my fake money a deep shade of dark grey. read more

My husband and I have had our mail coming here for quite some time now and this review is well pest due. I "LOVE" how considerate they are of our packages and how helpful they have been even when we have been behind on payments. Everyone here makes sure to go the extra mile to inform us when a package we are looking for arrives even when it is received later on in the day when I know they really would rather just go home instead of calling me. So this I really appreciate. Also, If I could mention 1 particular time when my husband arrived just as they were closing up and the manager went so far so as to unlock the gate for him so he could get the package with his medicine. This meant alot. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a P.O. Box. Well worth every penny. read more
