I wish I could leave less then zero stars I ordered a package paid 35 for delivery the driver came to my house two days in row left one package in walk way about 15 feet from door never knocked and left not saying signature package attempt tomorrow today he came same thing left notice about 15 feet from door never knocked I called and was told I can come pick up tonight in batavia about 20 plus miles away at 6.30 in wind storm and I was sick to boot get there at six was not asked to show id guy hands me pad sed sign I was coughing so bad could hardly think straight put some scribble on pad walked out with package no proof I was person who it was intended for or that i lived at that address if I was a package thief I could have stolen a expensive car part and no one would be the wiser please ship USPS priority insured never us ups if it can be avoided read more

I was in the UPS Store a few months back and had a terrible experience with a really grouchy employee. Today I had to go back into the store to do an Amazon return and had the opposite experience. The 2 employees were friendly, and great to the customers in the store. I wish I'd caught their names. If you've had a bad experience in the past, give them another chance. read more

Very rude, never open on time. The "Owner" of this location is very disrespectful. When arriving at the store at 8:05 the "owner" was wandering around while 3 customers waited outside. When he came to the door he told us if its to cold to wait outside we all have cars to wait in yet it was past the time they opened. read more

This UPS store has recently hired new personnel. The woman in charge is excellent: she is calm, polite, friendly, and competent. I had a complicated shipment, she patiently worked through it, didn't get upset or angry. This was entirely different than many of my prior experiences at this same store. read more

The staff at the store were unbelievably rude, one staff member called me disrespectful and told me that if I left my prepaid package at the front desk, that he would " not ship my package out". My Amazon delivery person keeps telling me that no one is at the UPS Store when they say they are open at 8:30am. I'm on vacation this week and have been waiting at the location since 8:15am but no one came in on time to open. It is now 9:45am and still no one is here to open. There have been nearly two dozen angry customers who have come and left now. The business Owner and staff need a serious wake up call. The location is only open 10.5 hours a day Monday through Friday and Saturday only 5.5 hours. I have a box here for mail and package delivery and it is a binding contract. The Staff and Owner need to fix this and fast. The posted hours of operation on the door is Monday through Friday 08:30 to 7:00 and Saturday from 10:30 to 4:00. read more

The one worker was pretty snippy towards the customers in front of me, then was overly friendly towards me, which made me uncomfortable

On 6/20/2023 the store had a note on the door saying that they had to close and it would be about 15 minutes. There was no time indicating when they left or expected to be back. I was personally there for 25 minutes. At least a dozen people came while I was waiting. I called their number and didn't get an answer. On 6/21/2023 someone (claiming to be one of the co-owner's) returned my call. I tried to suggest that they leave a time of when they left or estimated return time. He got irate with me and said that they get plenty of business and isn't worried about it. I was just trying to suggest that they be respectful of our time (their customers) so we can decide if we can wait or come back. Personally, I have another location that I normally use and don't plan on doing business at this location again. read more

Stopped in here to return an Amazon item. I realized the original shipping label was still on the box so I ripped it off and crumbled it up. I asked the guy if he could throw it out for me and he said no. He said that I'd have to take it with me as they have enough garbage. I hate this location and try to avoid it all costs. called this store multiple times. the dark haired guy that was in the store kept "saying please hold" then would just leave the phone on the desk and walk away. when I got to the store I was told to leave that he couldnt help me find the package that UPS has lost and is over a week late for delivery. this man child is lazy, rude, disrespectful and scared to answer questions. when told to leave he ran to hide in the back store and wouldnt answer any questions I had about the package that was lost 10/10 recommend this guy is fired and should never work in customer service again. read more

Said by employee (which is recorded on my cell phone including entire conversation and incident..) very rude very poor customer service skills. No I don't think that's the case actually I went home individually bubble wrapped and carefully placed mine into an affordably priced priority mail box which I have done in the past. I have sold on eBay for years and I know how to pack glass and fragile items. I chose going through you guys because I thought it would be a good option so that I could fit a cute basket in there and just have the whole thing done for me so I wouldn't have to worry about it ! But the average American cannot afford $215 to send six canning jars. I'm sorry but that is wrong and it is taking advantage of people. But I will take my chances on packing it myself. I came in with 4 very large boxes. After getting the first box in (finally after struggling to get it in the door) and processed I mentioned that I had 3 more to bring in. Guy walked away to back and girl continued to stock shelves. Got all 3 others in with no help at all, was hoping someone would at least ask if I needed help holding the door. Went to this UPS store to send my sickly sister some homemade chicken soup overnight to NYC, Borough of Queens. The woman who was there said that wasn't possible even though this was a perishable item. Regardless of the fact that I hadcice packs in the box, doesn't mean it can sick for two days and not go bad. I wish I could give negative stars, honestly I read the reviews before going and was hoping that they where old and wrong. I entered the store to find no employees waited 10 minutes and finally someone came back, but to my surprise he started to act like me being there was a huge inconvenience to him. All I wanted was to print a shipping label and he huffed and puffed about it. Honestly if I knew this location didn't have a computer out front like the multiple other locations that I've been to did, then I wouldn't of even went. He went in the back for a few seconds and told me he couldn't print it, now since I've done this many times before I knew he just didn't want to do it, so I went out to my car to try and see if maybe it was my fault on my end maybe my email didn't send or what ever but I checked and everything was good. When I entered the store again I waited in line to try and get my package sent out and when I got up to him at the register he gave me a look of annoyance but I asked if he could recheck that I really needed to send this out, while he went in the back again 3 ladies came in behind me and he came out to say there was nothing he was starting to get a little rude but then said for me to go in the back with him and see for myself, I went back there and he started making really rude comments about how there where other customers waiting and he didn't have time for this, but he checked again and sure enough there was my email he printed it out ( also would like to add that when he saw my shipping label he made a fuse about how apparently I was supposed to take it to the post office but since I do this all the time I know he was making some bs up) then he went up to the register to get the printed paper and waited for me to leave my package; Well at this time I didn't want to leave anything with him as I said no I'll be taking this with me. He then went on and said well then I'm going to have to charge you for the label , so I was like okay I assumed I'd be paying for it like I always do but then he quickly added because you want to take it now, if you would have left it here I wouldn't of charged you for printing it. Excuse me??? The other customers and I shared some like are you serious right now stares then I saved him his dollar and told him that I now understand all the bad yelp reviews on this location and would not be returning I hope you all watch out for this creepy little man he's about 5'6 black hair looks like he'd kid nap your kids if you didn't watch him. I needed to ship some antique furniture via freight from Byron, NY to the Philadelphia area. The two gentlemen at the Batavia, NY store were very helpful. I've never used UPS freight before. My shipment arrived 2 days from the time they picked it up. I appreciate all the help with questions and how to pack my items so they would arrive undamaged. I've been getting packages delivered to my home by UPS Batavia for over ten years and recently a driver failed to leave a package as he said our address was incorrect. I checked the site where I ordered the package and checked the tracking information and the address was correct so I emailed UPS and informed them of their error. I received an email back agreeing that my address was correct and that I could come pick up the package at the Batavia center or have it re-delivered. I asked them to re-deliver it as I live 45 minutes away from Batavia and work full-time so wouldn't be able to get there during their business hours anyway. I received a confirmation email saying they would inform Batavia to re-deliver the package and to keep tracking my package, which I did, only to see that it was returned to the seller six days after I was told it would be re-delivered. This was a very important package as it was a part I needed to repair my car and it has put me behind schedule by two weeks and buying the part from a local parts store, if they have one, will be much more expensive. read more
