What a bike shop. I've been to plenty, mostly in the Cleveland area despite the drive I'm thinking…read moreof making this my go-to shop. Their staff takes time to learn about your riding style and what you are looking for. When it comes to repairs, they explain what they are going to do, show you, offer helpful input and they provide a reasonable time table on when the work will be completed. On top of all that, they provide great recommendations for local rides and upcoming competitions. Sometimes bike mechanics can speak with an air of superiority reminiscent of IT-guys. Not here, their mechanics approach bike riding/repair with the idea to teach, grow and cultivate your interest.

I recently took my sons Xbox to have it opened and have it thermal pasted as it was full of dust…read moreand animal hair and overheating from three years of use. They charged me $60 which I thought was relatively inexpensive which of course I liked however two days later the Xbox started overheating again. I found out from another computer repair shop the the Xbox had indeed never been opened as there is a sticker covering the screw which had they opened the Xbox would have been exposed but was not. Basically I was charged $60 to spray a can of air inside the Xbox causing the dust and hair to be even further embedded in the components of the console. From now on I will be driving my ass to Strongsville when I have needs for computer or console repair. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS FOR YOUR ELECTRONICS REPAIR NEEDS! STEER CLEAR!! The one star is because I had to leave at least one star to be able to leave a review.

AMAZING experience dealing with the people here. First of all: pricing. They were incredibly…read morereasonable, and in fact cheaper, than all of their competitors. Next: quality. I had them design business cards, with some input from myself, that they absolutely knocked out of the water. The quality of the product was absolutely superb. Lastly: experience/customer service. They were extremely responsive to phone calls and emails. Worked hand-in-hand with me to assure I was involved and satisfied as a customer. Also, EXTREMELY POLITE, cordial, and well mannered. This goes for everyone in their office. This is the definition of what a small local business should be, on all levels. Overall, they met and surpassed all of my expectations, and made the entire experience fun, prompt, and easy. They will be spoke of highly!
