Yet again I…read moreget a text message yesterday morning that a package requiring a signature is at a FedEx office about an hour drive from my home and will be delivered today. Well it's been confirmed to be less than 60 miles from final destination, it's more than 30 hours before delivery tomorrow, and the weather is warm and sunny. Looks like they are FINALLY going to deliver it when they say. I guess I'll stay home to be sure I'm here to sign for it. Now 30 hours later, it's still sitting in their facility an hour from here and delivery is delayed 24 hours. Why? They have no idea. So I call the facility to tell them I'll just drive there to pick it up. The answer, "well it's already on a truck to go out and we can't stop it now. It will be gone by the time you get here". If you read the other reviews I have left, this has happened multiple times for packages requiring a signature. They can't ever seem to deliver when they say they will and I have wasted more time than I care to think about sitting and waiting for them to make good on their promises. I wouldn't care if they were a day late if they weren't wasting my time. They knew this morning at 7am that they couldn't deliver today but they waited until 5 pm to notify me. What a lousy company! I get packages from all the other major shippers but FedEx seems to be the only one that can't make good on their delivery promises and they really don't seem to care.

As soon as you walk in you are met with that harsh fluorescent light that makes this whole place feel dirtier. I know it is a Salvation Army, but do they just not clean them? Like, once Salvation Army takes over a spot it's like all maintenance goes out the window. Floors don't get scrubbed, walls get dented, there's always a musty smell. Then you have to try to get through their donations to find anything worth thrifting. Once you do, you need to make sure that the prices are reasonable. I searched through the clothing and gave up pretty quickly as I wasn't finding anything worth giving a second life to. I then went to the housewares section to see if I could find anything worthwhile and it felt like I was at a garage sale. I left after that.
