Store manager Tiffany Brasher is rude and disrespectful. UPS store scanned the wrong item. She told me to call amazon and tell them I scanned the wrong item. I didn't scan anything. I don't work there. She was screaming at me as I was going out the door. She didn't care the problem wasn't hers. read more

I would rate zero but I can't. Mailed a package paid for 2 day air. Nobody mentioned it was not guaranteed. they just happily took my money and sent me on my merry way. I go back to store after the delivery date is missed (and still not delivered) and the courageous young men at the independently owned store told me it was a UPS policy not to guarantee and therefore could not even refund the difference between what i paid for and what i got. Go to FedEx it may not be any better but maybe they will be forthright about it. read more

I came to this UPS location to drop off a box and it was shipped back to me! Brought it down to Lake Charles and they couldn't cover the cost of the error it had to be returned to the Alexandria location. I work at Fort Polk and the drive is long. Had to drive all the way back and the store refused to cover the cost. I explained in detail that I handed the associate at the register a piece of paper with the correct address. The Manager explained that they verify the address when the customer signs. Which is completely understandable but I missed their mistake and with a long line and COVID on the mind i overlooked it. The manager was not helpful now did he seemed to care very much of the situation. To make matters worse the female worker at the desk seemed to start getting upset and justifying the mistake which wasn't helpful while I was on the phone with the manager. The customer service seemed sub-par for such a reputable company. They took me for around $80. If I was shipping anything of importance I would look elsewhere they make mistakes here and do not own up to their involvement. read more
