I can't describe what she did because she has skill beyond my understanding. But I can describe the result. I think my daughter has never looked better, and she feels great. But this is not only because of the new haircut. The people in the salon, including owner Kim, kept encouraging my daughter for her donation intentions, making the whole atmosphere positive and fun. While I was there, Heather and Kim also did color treatments for women and cuts for men ranging many years' difference in age--including myself. I had not intended to get a trim when I entered, but Heather was on a roll, and her fade on my hair makes me look five years younger.
