So disappointed in this company. I ended up with the wrong upholstery on six beautiful antique chairs!!! And then they expected me to contribute to the cost of redoing them. This is despite the fact that I sent the salesperson Graham a photo of the fabric!!!!
I was insulted when Graham tried to blame it on me, saying I had provided the wrong code. I did have a code and a photo which he discussed in my presence with the suppliers when he checked availability. I told him I wanted the paisley not the floral and he relayed this to Worley at the time.
I ended up with the floral!!! So obviously the specifics weren't passed on at ordering. Graham had assured me of his vast experience and as we filled out the order form, he stressed how important it was to get the fabric correct. When things were stuffed up, I was not willing to pay any more as I had already paid for additional repairs to the chairs (above what was quoted). Worley agreed to provide the correct fabric because there was apparently 3 designs associated with the code. But The Upholstery Man would not carry the full cost of redoing the job. Very poor.
