There are various Ministries a person can be apart of: Young at Heart (55+), Couples, Bible study, Youth, Women's Bible Study, Men's Bible Study also 2 services, Sunday School in order to: "Saving Souls, Changing Lives!"

On Friday, July 18, my son, Service dog, and myself came to the church to attend the services of my…read morefriend of 50 years, Mr. Edward Hood.   Upon entry to the church, a Deacon told me that they don't allow dogs in the sanctuary. I told him that she was my service animal and then I showed him credentials and then he allowed me to enter.   I took a seat in the sanctuary, and shortly after you, Rev. Owen's, interrupted the service to out me in front of the whole congregation, all of my fellow Saints, friends and the family of Mr. Hood.   Saying "The lady with the dog, you have to leave, we do not allow dogs in our sanctuary".   I was told to leave the sanctuary and go sit in the hallway.   In my 66 years of life, this was the most embarrassing, humiliating hurtful and discriminative act of my life, and for it to happen in Church, the house of the Lord, a place of love.   I hold my head down in shame for the ignorance of people who don't try to understand one another and their disabilities or life 's challenges.   Rev. Owens, trusting those who are on duty, your deacons and ushers that were at the entrance of the sanctuary, this never would have happened.   This absolutely could have been handled with decency and respect by asking your deacon or usher to confront me in private.   This episode has caused me a tremendous set back with my mental and physical health.   And a suggestion to you, moving forward being a man of God, approach situations diplomatically with love all disabilities are not visible.  Trust who you have put in charge at the door.   My service dog Zena has been trained, well-groomed and cleaner than some people.  I have invested in her so she can help me during times like Friday, July 18.   My thoughts and prayers will be with you to become more compassionate in situations like this.

As a young boy I lived for 8 years in Compton and part of my warm memories revolved around being heavily involved in music - some vocal, but mostly orchestral (trumpet as a member of the Festival Orchestra). It warmed my heart to see more good coming from Compton, as well as great music emanating from its citizens! Keep it up as you honor The King! Merry Christmas! I was told to leave the premises for speaking on spiritual abuse that happened during Bible Study with Aquyla Walker back in June of 2024. I did not mention the name of the church or the elder and I tried for 5 months to get an appointment with the pastor and was pushed to the side and dismissed. Others complained about her and if they allow spiritual abuse, be warned. I'm a disabled veteran new to Los Angeles and this was supposed to be my community. She claims I'm bullying her which is deflection. The elder's behavior exhibited bullying traits, specifically: 1. Interruption and shutdown: Cutting Me off, not letting me finish speaking. 2. Gaslighting: Questioning my perception, implying my experiences might not be real. 3. Deflection: Shifting focus from my shared experience to lecturing me 4. Emotional manipulation: Shaming Me for trying to speak, making me feel guilty 5. Disregard for boundaries: lgnoring my nonverbal cues (trying to open my mouth) 6. Condescension: Talking down to me, assuming I didn't understand. I was there since January and loved it, I got baptized there and considered it a family church home. I clearly don't fit their criteria of being a member though and did what I was supposed to do and go through leadership. Be advised. Edit: A year and some change later, Michael Fisher leaked my private information and many church members called me December 14th, 2025 asking about someone else and demanding my address long after I was kicked out of this cult. Avoid at all costs. It is dangerous. I overheard Michael yelling he doesn't want to be a pastor anyways and it shows. It is a popularity contest for upcoming artists to become famous rather than praising God. False teachers, false prosperity gospel.
