I spent about an hour on the phone with her going over different options. It was like I had been a customer for years and I knew her personally. I got a great rate when I switched to them, and any time I've needed to make any changes, they always jump right on it, and help me cheerfully. If I have to make my payment late, they are really accommodating then too. Emma is amazing, and super helpful and easy to work with. Diamond has been doing a lot of the more clerical things on my account for the past couple of years, and she is also very sweet and easy to work with. I brought my boyfriend in last summer to switch his insurance, and he was positively amazed by the better insurance he got with State Farm than what he'd had for years with his former carrier. I've only ever personally had any negative experiences with one employee at Joe Treat, and it was a couple of years ago. I have not dealt with her again, and I don't think she is still working there. If she is, they have stuck to their word about not making me work with her again. I used to be friendly with a former employee who had a lot of nightmare "behind the scenes" experiences with another current rep. My experiences with that rep have always been positive, but the things I heard were pretty bad, so I am always wary of that when I do deal with her. Adding everything up, I highly recommend Joe Treat's State Farm. In particular, I recommend Emma as your agent. I don't know if Diamond is an agent, but if she is, I would recommend her too. They are both lovely and do/provide everything you could hope for from an insurance agent.
