The cashier was not friendly at all. She totally kills the vibe that the environment is already lacking. My son and I were watched very closely the entire time we browsed the store. Even my son said "why do they keep staying close to us and staring at us?" Staff was very weird and acted like they were suspicious of us shoplifting lol. It was almost entertaining because girl, please... go take a coffee break I'm not stealing your Christmas ornaments! Seems like they may have a loss prevention issue?? Like a previous review for this business stated, I didn't feel welcome in this store. I also asked for my receipt and the half-alive cashier said that since their internet was down, she had to keep my receipt and I couldn't have it. Walmart carries paper receipt books last I checked? Another check in the "this is weird" box. They lack the most important component of a small business (or any business): customer service. Nice products on the shelves but I didn't see anything that I can't order online and curve everything mentioned above.

So we're new to the area and had no idea what this store was all about. We've driven by dozens of…read moretimes thinking it was similar to Shoe Carnival, or something of the sort. Wrong! My husband was looking for new work shoes last night. We went to Ross and Marshalls, having no luck at all at either place. I mentioned this place, thinking we could at least check them out. For some reason I was sure we were going to walk in to find off-brand shoes. Not the case at all! They have TONS of shoes for men, women, and children. Dress shoes, tennis shoes, sandals, all of that and more. And no knockoff brands at all! At least none that I saw. My husband ended up getting a pair of Rockport dress shoes that were originally priced at $140 for $40. Such a good deal! Now that's not to say that everything in there is in lower in price than you'd find at department store, etc. That was just good luck on his part. I actually left so frustrated because they have TONS of Chacos...and all of them in my size. Why was this frustrating? It's frustrating because I bought a pair T the Flip Flop shop on the mall a few weeks back. Their selection in my size (8) was incredibly limited. Like down to a couple of pair. I should have walked out and looked elsewhere, but I honestly hadn't seen Chacos anywhere else so I thought I had scored big time by finding the ones there. Little did I know there was a freakin' to ton choose from right down the street from me. And some were on sale!!! Bahhhh!!!! Anyway, good to know for the future. Besides shoes they have t-shirts and purses, some jewelry. The store is large and very well stocked. We only encountered one employee as we were checking out, and she was friendly. If you check in on Yelp there is a coupon! Even more incentive to stop by!

There is usually some sale going on, and if you register some info, (name, address and email) they'll send little additional savings cards to you totalling at times up to 75% off! I'm a Fall/Winter attire lover, and Polo has some not only cool and comfortable gear, but crazy affordable and I'm just about always complimented when out in public sporting something (s) from this store. I've bought items from retail locations at a much more inflated price than anything I've found here. Quite frankly, I can't tell any difference in quality from items at retail compared to the outlet. I do get the feeling that sometimes the workers can be at bit leery, but the store is not super big so you're just about always in close proximity of someone that can help. I've also received good service when seeking suggestions for an outfit, I'm not sure if Mike is still working at this location, but that guy has taste and has helped me put together a couple nice outfits! The selections here are pretty great as well. Everything from shorts, jeans, sweaters, and pants to robes and loungewear. I stop here every chance I get, you should too.

I appreciate their well made and stylish clothing. I was hopeful that this location would be as nice as others I had visited, but it lacked selection and service. Every time I have been to a Polo outlet, it has been packed. This location was no different, but the layout and location of the registers made it difficult to navigate. The two registers had lines of at least 20 people and they were moving very slowly. There were also so many people perusing the racks that just trying to find a shirt was a big chore. Once I found something that I liked, I realized the wait would be too long so I gave up. The addition of more registers would have made it much more convenient. While most of the clothing in the outlet is specifically made for these types of stores, it is still of high quality. It is also 1/4 to 1/2 as expensive as the items you'll find in most department stores. I've found that there is little difference in the pants sold in outlets, but there are some styles of shirts offered here that are not offered elsewhere. Another complaint about the store was the staff. I realize they must have a high occurrence of shoplifting, but the constant leering and questioning (do you need to check out?, The line is over there?, etc.) was a bit much. I decided I wanted a closer look at a hat that was near the door so I pulled it from the shelf to try it on. As soon as I did an employee rushed over and stood between me and the door while trying to direct me to the register. I realize I look like a degenerate, but slow your roll there chief. If I want it, I'll pay for it. If you really want Polo clothing at a discount, check this place out. If you can't handle the wait, paying full retail may be a better alternative.
