There is absolutely no ventilation and I was unable to breathe the whole time. They make you wipe yourself off at the end instead of using a fan, making it nearly impossible to not leave streaks. I had asked an employee a few days prior what time the weekly lunch special took place and she told me "before 1pm". So I went in today at 10am (before 1pm) and the new owner told me that it didn't start until 11am. I told her that I had asked an employee who told me before 1pm. She said I should have called first. Why would I need to call if I had already asked someone who worked there. After much attitude, she put in a bed, but cut my time short. I asked for 13 minutes and the bed shut off at about 8 minutes. Does she think I am a moron and wouldn't realize that the time was much shorter than a few days ago when I tanned for 10 minutes??

He laughed at me as I cried because I could feel every bit of it. He tore my gown off, wouldn't allow me to wear it, and used his hands inappropriately. I left feeling violated, assaulted, and traumatized. He did not listen to me, didn't really look at my skin, and was very aggressive.
