This year however my husband was so horrified when he was finished tanning he threatened to turn them in because it was flat filthy and he seen bugs running all over the floor in bed #24. There is absolutely no ventilation and I was unable to breathe the whole time. They make you wipe yourself off at the end instead of using a fan, making it nearly impossible to not leave streaks. So I went in today at 10am (before 1pm) and the new owner told me that it didn't start until 11am. I told her that I had asked an employee who told me before 1pm. She said I should have called first. Why would I need to call if I had already asked someone who worked there. After much attitude, she put in a bed, but cut my time short. I asked for 13 minutes and the bed shut off at about 8 minutes. Does she think I am a moron and wouldn't realize that the time was much shorter than a few days ago when I tanned for 10 minutes??

I left feeling violated, assaulted, and traumatized. He did not listen to me, didn't really look at my skin, and was very aggressive.
