Long story short - it's a decent place. It's welcoming when you walk in, they try with the decorations and the building is pretty nice. I haven't personally explored the nooks and crannies to confirm the other two reviews, but I don't doubt their authenticity. They max out adult/children ratios, so it's not surprising the staff doesn't have time to see clean. On that same note, I try to be a pretty understanding mom when it comes to the daily burdens the staff endures. That being said, it's allergy season and for some reason, even after asking the staff directly via morning check-in paperwork - they still leave my babes nose crusted. It's pretty disappointing. Picture attached. I'd still recommend it. I feel like she's safe and they're not neglectful per se. But they could do with a more personal touch/investment
